If you work for a pain management clinic and your JOB is submitting preauthorizations before they expire, YOU get paid TO DO YOUR JOB.

People who are in pain count on you to pay attention. Withdrawal from opioids while YOU screw off is miserable, dangerous in fact...not to mention the unbearable PAIN. THE VERY REASON THEY ARE FORCED TO SEE A PAIN CLINIC.

I Hope the person at #desertpainclinic in #Globe, AZ in charge of submitting my preauth BEFORE IT EXPIRED enjoys his Christmas. I won’t be enjoying food, noise, light, people... till my preauth is ready, after Christmas I was told. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Three months ago I had the same problem.

The Dr at desert pain is kind but he should be aware his staff doesn’t care about his patients.

I’d Avoid this clinic if you’re able. Find one with staff that actually cares if your preauth is expiring and does their jobs.
