The food was so good highly recommend..very family friendly....staff was supper nice.

I dined in today. I got a pulled pork sandwich with mac n’ cheese and green beans. Oh, it was so good! I’ll definitely be back. The employees were also so kind! Thank you for a great experience.

All of the meat is cooked daily. It smells so good! They also have a variety of sauces if you like to add your own flair.

If you are lucky, you'll get to hear the chef in the back singing along with the radio. Just be sure to tip extra! He can't afford to quit his day job and rely on singing!! 😂🤣

Best bbq you can get in Henderson County!

I have reviewed J&B before, so I'm not sure why it came up in my suggested places to review. But that should speak volumes about how good their BBQ is. J&B has the best BBQ I've ever had from a restaurant. I love BBQ and have had it in 30+ states and 24 countries! Their ribs and pulled pork are absolutely to die for! Their chicken is pretty good too.

Had the sample platter for lunch it was great !!! Meat was fall off the bone,everything had a great flavor. I believe it's some of the bestBBQ I've ever had.clean place and a very nice lady.Goin back !!!!!

Excellent Chicken! Smoked flavor and very moist. The baked beans were just as good and flavorful. It was our first time eating at J & B and it will now be a weekly lunch or supper stop for us!!!

First, they open earlier than most lunch locations (1030) which is extremely convenient when i have a post call day off and my dad id passing through Henderson for work.

The service is always attentive and the decor is charmingly rural.

Most importantly however, the smoked turkey is positively delicious--we never order any other meat. The portion on the lunch platter is very generous, and with 2 sides and bread for around 8 dollars, you will always leave satisfied.

Best BBQ in the Tri-state area!! Ribs are warm, tender and juicy. Great BBQ sauce, baked beans with bits of pulled pork in them. Great tasting German potato salad with whole red-skinned potatoes in it( normally I dislike German potato salad, but liked it so much that I brought 2lbs. Of it, so I guess that says a lot!)

We got very cheap sandwiches, but they were so good--I would have paid a lot more for them! I loved my pork chop sandwich, and my kids loved their grilled chicken sandwiches. The potato salad was great, and cheap as well! Will be ordering again!!

Best ribs of anywhere that I have eaten bbq, and that is saying something. Get them with the sauce. The restaurant is small so get there early if you want a seat, but on the bright side you can always carryout if it's busy. The banana pudding is always a good way to finish a meal at J&B. Oh, they also will cater at a great price (not a paid endorsement). Great food from great folks. Thank you.

Finally I was in Henderson when they were open and I got to try the barbecue. My wife and I enjoyed it very much sampling the chicken, pork, ribs, baked beans, and potato salad. Portions were large, the people were friendly and all of the food was very good. I rate the barbecue right there with Billy's Barbecue in Lexington and with Old Hickory in Owensboro but the sides are much better than Old Hickory's. The BBQ is better than Bandana's in Evansville according to my taste buds. I just wish they were open some evening hours or Sundays.

J & B has the best BBQ in Henderson. For me, the ribeye and ribs are always good and their sides are great. You won't be disappointed. Check it out!

Great BBQ! I am always more than satisfied when we go to J&B. I can never decide what I want so I always go with the Sampler Platter. If you want to buy ribs get there early!

WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT J&B BARBECUE EVEN JOHN AND BERRY THEY ARE REALLY GOOD GUY'S!BEST RIB'S i Ever put in my mouth!; ya don't even need teeth to enjoy them,Also the best cheese burger i have found! Outstanding food. They have been doing this for many years. The chicken and ribs are A+. Don't expect and one dinning experience. This is just great food in a normal building. They also do tons of take out orders.

I've been coming here since the day they opened and have NEVER had a problem with these guys. There is not a single restaurant I've been to that I can say that about. I always call ahead and my food is hot and fresh when I get there. Of course the barbeque is the star of the show and it is great, but their potatoe salad is to die for.

I have been going to J & Bs for about 5 years now. Both dine in (pre-covid) and take out. Consistently great food at a reasonable price. Staff is ALWAYS courteous and friendly. Not too many places can do that day in and day out. We have had a two or three catered events (picnics at Audobon Park) and J & B's always does it right. More food than we can eat and just really good stuff.

I like mutton. This place has the best mutton around. My wife likes the ribs and she says they are great. Small dining room but it is worth the wait.

BBQ the way it should be! Ribs melt in your mouth! No sauce required. The smoky flavor is delicious. Service fast and friendly. Highly recommend!
