Prep Sportswear

Ordered twice from Prep Sportswear. Sweatshirts were high quality and were great. Just ordered 2 long-sleeved
t-shirts and they’re great as well. Ordered them Saturday and received them today (Thursday). Fully satisfied!!!

After 4 weeks I don't even have a tracking number for my order. I'm reporting you ... I have now received my ordered shirts after a long wait. I have to say those shirts are of great quality, so I am changing my 1 star review to a 5 star review... thank you

Ordered a hoodie on September 19th, 2022. Order status still says processing!! Almost a month and nothing. Have written twice and still no answer to either email. Wish I would have found these reviews BEFORE I placed an order!!!!!! Terrible customer service!! Hopefully the hoodie comes, even if football season will be over by then!! Got this to wear to my Grandsons football games!! Would have never ordered if I knew it would be this long!!

I received an email saying that my order was out for delivery the morning after I wrote this review. The hoodie is absolutely perfect and seems to be great quality. Just wanted to update my review. Thank you PREPSPORTS for taking care of my issue so promptly. Your company should answer emails from customers like me that just want an update! Shouldn’t wait for a public post to be put up!! Again, I do appreciate the promptness taking care of my order! Thanks!!

Terrible customer service. Order placed 3 weeks ago. Company would not respond to 3 messages (inquiring about order status) sent regarding order. The phone number does not accept messages. The product showed up with no notice. Potential bright side, the product appears to be as ordered. They might have success if they would just provide some customer service. Positive, product is custom made to order! They should advertise more clearly that it takes some time to make the order.

Do not order from this company. I purchased 3 shirts and they arrived printed in the wrong school colors. I have left 5 messages for customer service and they will not respond. No phone number that works and there is no email. That should have been a sign that it's not a reputable company.

Shirt was not sewn together well at all. Almost all the seams are puckered. Looks awful! Very difficult to get ahold of anyone to help with defective merchandise. Do not answer phone. Very disappointed!
