AT&T Store

I had a pleasant experience at the AT&T store yesterday. They got me up and running on my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in no time.

I've never had a bad experience with At&t stores or staff. (I've been to several locations) They keep them squeaky clean and modern looking inside. Store workers dress sharp and look nice! They have always been helpful and knowledgeable about all products and services.

I just wish they had a free watch promotion at the time of my purchase. Maybe next time. I will add that I did get a $1,000 credit for my old S9 that had been in a drawer for the past five years.

Staff was courteous talk to me soon as I come in the door. I got fiber internet for my house they arrived at my house on time hooked up the fiber and I'm very satisfied with my experience at AT&t

Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly! My boyfriend & I came in the store looking to upgrade our phones, and we left EXTREMELY happy!! Both of us got the iPhone 13 Pro Max and we LOVE it! The associate helping us (I think her name was Jaime) was OUTSTANDING. She answered all of my questions, got our new phones set up for us, and was very informative on everything from the new phones to our bill. She even hooked us up with the best deals and discounts! 10/10 very satisfied with my visit! 😁

The staff there was so nice and helpful. The manger Britney went above and beyond to help me. I hadn't had a new phone in years and was really lost. She explained everything where I could understand and even showed me an easy way to switch things over so I didn't have too lose anything. We have been with AT&T for 14 years straight and she has been by far the nicest personal I have dealt with yet. Thank you!

Jessa and Ryder made sure they took good care of us and we left feeling good about AT&T and our visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, business-like, focused on us as their customers, AND they resolved our situation to our liking.

Britney (the store manager) ensured that we had an amazing experience at this store! She was great! She was so helpful in every way. She was making sure that we had the best deals and service plan for our family and very knowledgeable in all the products! My mom and I left very satisfied customers!

I took my adult son there today and even though we had to wait a while for service, Grant did a Great Job at making the wait well worth it! THANK YOU GRANT, for A JOB WELL DONE and coming up with exactly whatmy son needed and wanted!! And CONGRATS on the Baby Boy BLAINE!!! Yall are a well mannered and professional bunch duo!!!

All of the staff was very nice. Jonathan helped me and he was very patient and understanding. I appreciated his patience with me and how detailed he was when I asked him any questions. I will definitely be back!

I switched from Sprint/TMobile and was told that I would only pay a certain amount. Well, my bill was ALOT higher than what I was originally told. I did through a fit.. haha. BUT Jonathan and the store Manager were sooo patient with me and understanding, even though I was giving them hell. They ended up helping me to the best of their ability (even though it’s still a little high). Extremely well customer service!! They got the first bill cut in half and made sure to explain to me what happened. Bravo guys. So grateful I switched and outstanding patience with me. Lol!! Thank you!!

Salvador was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is an excellent representative of ATT services.

Made an appointment and was helped within 10 minutes by Hannah. Had an unusual situation develop with a new phone while switching from another carrier. A different location processed incorrectly. Hannah wasn't confident of rectifying the situation without pain but took the time to speak with a couple of coworkers and make a couple of calls. There was no sale involved for her but was very helpful and I believe successful - I haven't seen the next bill yet!

Jaimie at the Henderson, Kentucky store, went above and beyond expectations! She did a phenomenal job not only in listening to my issue and concerns, but she took the time resolving the issues and made sure I was completely happy and taken care of before she walked me out. I look forward to doing business with Att and Jaimie in the future!

McKenzie at AT & T in Henderson is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledge and did everything she could to get me the best deal. She even did all she could to lower my monthly payment. Other staff in the store were friendly as well. If you have any cell phone needs, go see McKenzie and her team at Henderson AT & T. You will not regret it!

Great experience today! Ethan was so patient with my mom and I getting new phones! He was helpful and kind! Everyone was super helpful but I’m so glad Ethan was the one we were blessed with today!

Came in tonight to upgrade my phone, I got the associate Michael. Michael was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, he got me some discounts through my workplace I didn’t even know att had! Michael answered all my questions & if he didn’t know the answer he found someone who did! Very happy with my experience tonight! Thanks Michael

I do honest and what I hope to be, helpful reviews. I have been having an issue with AT&T/Firstnet, with replacing a phone number over. I started this “journey” over 20 days ago. One day I literally spent five and a half hours on the phone with customer service. It was literally turning into a nightmare. So after getting super upset and frustrated I walked into the ATT store in Henderson, Ky and asked for help. I spoke with Jonathan. This man fixed my issues in just a few hours, which was nothing compared to the past 20 days of dealing with this company on the phone. I hope ATT realize what a good employee they have with Jonathan.
