I was in an awful situation concerning a car accident. I messaged Mr. Hamilton online and he called me back right away. After filling him in on my situation, unfortunately he couldn't take my case because fortunately my passenger and I were not injured. I have never been in this place before where I was in need a personal injury attorney. So as most of you not knowing where to start I took to Google and started reading! We can’t say enough about Curt & his staff . After my motorcycle accident he paid us an in- home visit . We liked him immediately as he was cordial , down to earth , and had a sense of humor ( & a dog !) He explained the process and plan of action from the very beginning . We were blessed by being assigned case manager Sherrie Branson to sort out and handle the details of our case . We were kept up to date with progress on our claim , with frequent phone calls ,from both Curt & Sherrie . I was hurt severely in a car accident that if you would've seen the vehicle, you would've asked how I survived. Curt took my case, and assured me that he would take care of everything, and for to just rest and heal. My case manager Leslie kept me up to date on everything that was going on, and they would often just check to see how I was doing.
