My ring accidentally slipped off and as luck would have it, got stepped on and squished. I sent it to Balfour and they reshaped it, polished it, and even reapplied the black finish. I am so pleased! It only cost me $15 for shipping and handling!! My ring looks amazing!!

This is NOT a showroom or a place to see anything or get help. While we heard people when we walked in we never saw anyone or were helped before we left. Waste of time and gas.

I took my child's ring to be resized and have yet to get back after several calls. Their hours of operation is not accurate because no one anwsers the phone doing the 8-5 hours Mon through Friday, always sporadic. Frustration is the least of what I am. I want my son's ring.
