About a week ago, I went in and inquired about a specific brand I've never worn before. The young lady who helped me was AMAZING! So very helpful! She brought several different pairs to try. I'm beyond satisfied with my first experience, as an adult in this store. She was very knowledgeable about everything.The professionalism of this business is unheard of at any shoe store anymore! I would definitely recommend this store. The history inside the store is a plus! 😃

Update… I had some trouble with the shoes, but when I contacted Hoka directly they told me to send them back in. I did send them back to Hoka and they refunded my money and I was able to buy another pair of shoes from them. This was by no fault of the company that sold them, but what excellent customer service.

I stopped in here just for fun, to see what they had. I went into the sale part didn’t really find anything I liked, but that’s OK so I went into the main store. I looked at the pair of HOKA that they had on display. I’ve never tried one on because I never really thought much of them, but he convinced me to try one on. I could not believe how amazing these shoes felt. It was like walking on clouds, and I told him these are one of the most amazing shoes that I’ve ever tried on. He said I think you need to buy them, your feet deserve to feel that way. Absolutely love that! I’m not only bought myself a pair but I bought my wife a pair also, she is a nurse and thinks that these things have changed the world. If you’re looking for a pair of shoes and you’re in downtown Henderson, stop on in at Simons and tell him that you want to try on the HOKA.

This is the only place I buy my shoes. They have higher quality shoe brands at reasonable prices. They have employees who are very helpful each and everytime my wife and I shop their. If you have problems with your feet and looking to find a good store to help put you into a comfortable pair of shoes this is the best place I have ever been to and believe me I tried all the specialties stires this one is the real deal for comfortable shoes for the whole family.

We visited this store for Merrell brand shoes to start the school year. We were greeted kindly by the friendly staff. The gentleman explained that while they have Merrell brand shoes they didn't have youth sizes. He then explained that we could look at the store a few doors down as they have a youth section. Awesome customer service!!!

Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Not cheap by any means, but very good quality footware, and I'm happy with my purchase.

This has always been my favorite shoe store. They have remarkable shoes and a huge selection of quality brands. The family run business makes it such a pleasure to talk about the towns history. Right on Main street, hometown wholesome goodness!!!

I grew up in Henderson and moved to Dallas after college. I still come back to this amazing store. Can't find this selection and service even in big D! Will always be my favorite shoe store with one of my favorite families!!

I love my shoes and hiking boots!!! There is just something about a REAL shoe store you can't get in the chain stores. Well worth the price, because these shoes will last.

Well I was not overly impressed with customer service. I had to use the facilities, located in the stock room and found the shoes I was looking for after the salesperson told me they didn’t carry them. I did buy but disappointed they were not aware of product.

They have the largest selection of shoes in the hard to find sizes. You definitely need to check this place out
