Service was great I just think the prices are to high. To be honest I can get a better caramel frappuccino that tastes better and cost less at McDonald's

Staff at the drive-through window are the best. Friendly, courteous and always make sure your order is correct.

I do love their coffee and the staff were very helpful and funny. Order the Tik Tok drink. You'll love it. It's a berry drink I think. I love it.

Best Starbucks I have ever been in. Super Family Friendly. Diaper changing stations in the men’s room along with pads for the changing station and sanitation spray. Staff was especially friendly to my daughter.

Very friendly staff. Orders are exactly how I want them. My only note is the drive thru wait time but that's usually because each individual order is customized and there's no one size fits all coffee order. The enthusiastic staff and order accuracy more than make up for that extra 5 minutes of waiting.

Hardworking crew here on a Saturday afternoon. Made my drink correctly and the barista wished me a happy birthday.

I went inside to order a quick spinach and egg white wrap for breakfast. I immediacy ordered and quickly got my breakfast to enjoy on the way to work! It was the perfect quick trip for a hot breakfast that isn't fried or made from overly processed fast foods.

Staff was friendly and even inquired about my kayaks on top of my car.... asked where we were going. Great way to start a conversation when you are waiting for your drink. 🙃 Keep up the great work.

The Henderson Ky location is great! The staff are awesome and always have a smile on their face. They always go above and beyond with my orders. Great job!!

I love this place so much. They have such great service. Nice workers. Almost anything you want, they will have it. Had no problems while I was here. Restrooms are clean. The app for this place works great if you just want to come in and get your coffee and leave. Will come back. Recommended for anyone who drinks coffee.

Very friendly staff, and our drinks are always made to perfection every time. It is nice to stop and see the same people and chat with them while waiting for our beverages. They are also very good about making sure there is no dairy in mine.

Danish was not toasted or warm... The lid on my oat milk came off and spilled down my car inside and outside. Barista said sorry that's been happening lately and then put it into a bigger cup. Why not put it in a bigger cup to begin with if it's something that's been happening regularly?

The ladies were polite, professional and prompt.. They waited on me as soon as I walked up to counter, explained a flat white to me and expedited order quickly. All with a smile. Good job...good coffee.... good time by golly..😁

My family and i were driving through and stopped at this Starbucks. Traveling and hitting up many different Starbucks, we both agrees this was by far the friendliest one we have been to. I had a question about a New drink on the menu and Josaih was knowledgeable on it. I did want to remake my drink because i wanted more ice and less milk as well as less syrup (i am picky), but Missy was extremely nice and understanding about it. She was genuinely happy to make it again and offered to make a third time if I didn’t like the way it turned out that time. Alina was on the drive through, but still was attentive to what was going on and gave me another coffee that i assumed somebody had ordered wrong, and was all smiles.

Excellent all around.
