Very kind and helpful office workers. Maintenance takes care of things broken very quickly. Takes a while to get in an apartment due to wait list but very happy overall

Evicted my family and lied on reports to get eviction fulfilled. Michelle will lie to get you evicted if she doesn't like you. She told me she has the right to decide who she wants here and even if you keep to yourself you could be targeted. I'm currently pregnant and have a child already and we are going to have to live in our cars because of her lies and refusal for emergency housing.

Michelle is the worst property manager I have ever met in any apartments I've been around. She picks and choose who lives here. She makes up lies for evictions. She came to my work today ordered a whole bunch of food and once she saw me she drove off. Shes very childish. SHE NEEDS FIRED. I mean if you are looking for income based apartments DO NOT live here.

Terrible management and maintenance. I do not recommend living in this facility.
