I scheduled an appointment for my child two days before the date of the visit. After arriving ten minutes early with my kid I sat in their waiting room for an hour while three people walked through the door and were waited on before me. One of these I know for sure was a walk-in. The level of unprofessional is ridiculous and I will not be returning.
