We visit the Wetlands often! It’s a beautiful hike. Short and flat so easy for everyone. The views are extraordinary and so unique for this area! We always see lots of wildlife including fish, birds, Herron’s, frogs, snakes, and more. Fishing is not allowed fyi.

Amazing Place! My uncle brought me and it was not only a beautiful hiking spot, but it was the most connected to nature I've felt in a long time. We saw snakes, bats, frogs, fish, and not one but TWO great blue herons flew over within a few feet of our heads! Truly amazing experience

Five out of five would recommend this trail, it’s an easy walk I think about a mile and a half, it’s in a circle with a nice boardwalk over the marsh. We took our dogs, and had no problem whatsoever. The trail is easily marked, and it’s very flat so if you’re concerned whether or not it’s for you as long as you can walk on flat ground you are good to go. There were a few people out there so you didn’t feel alone, and the view was really beautiful. The one thing you need to keep in mind is on your way over there, don’t forget to stop at the little pull off on the side of the road and look at the eagles nest.

A nice little hidden gem for people like me that enjoy being outdoors. I wish I’d known of this place sooner. The trails are wide and easy to access and it’s clean along the trails. This trail is much easier than the Audubon park trails for people who would like to enjoy the wetlands without having too difficult or a time on the trails.

Nice boardwalk along the Ohio River. Short hike of about a mile. Associated with the Audubon Museum.

It's a short but beautiful trail! We haven't seen any birds yet, but the swampy area looks pretty spooky.

Sunny days are the best time to go to the wetlands. It's beautiful when the sun rays peak through the trees. It's also a good place to take dogs. There usually aren't many people there.

The paved trails, lakes, rivers, field, trees, and gorgeous wildlife made our 4 mile walk seem like a walk in the park (no joke intended). I can appreciate the numerous portable bathrooms along the trail! My bladder thanks you!
