Absolutely, the best staff ever! I drive from Owensboro to see Dr. Wagoner for my Oral surgeon needs. He is absolutely the best and I love the fact that his staff is caring enough to call and check on you the same day and the day after your surgery. Thanks to each of you for the amount of care, and dedication you show daily. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Waggoner and his staff. My husband had a terrible tooth infection and needed 2 teeth extracted. Dr Waggoner saw the urgency and was quick to take care of him. All 3 of my daughters had there wisdom teeth extracted from here as well and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Waggoner is very knowledgeable and caring and I would highly recommend them.

Due to Covid there was a long wait for my appointment and surgery which frustrated me at first, but the care I received from Dr. Wagoner and his staff was above and beyond excellence!!! The pain and discomfort I had in my mouth was completely eliminated after my surgery. Dr. Wagoner and his staff coordinated with my pain management team regarding my post op medication, but I never had the first bit of pain after my surgery. I was told when I made my 1 week follow up appointment that if I felt alright that I didn’t have to keep the appointment. I called Dr. Wagoner’s office the day before my appointment to cancel and literally broke down in tears thanking them for helping me. I’d recommend them to anybody in need of specialized oral surgery!!!

I think the office staff was very professional and polite. I have referred people to this office On several occasions. I do not like to go to a dentist and even more anxiety when I hear surgeon. Dr Waggener and his staff made me very comfortable and relaxed. I will go back to them if problems arise.

Just had two teeth extracted yesterday! I was so nervous to be sedated this is the 4th doctor I’ve gone to but this time I didn’t run out! The nurses were so nice during the entire procedure as well as the Dr. I won’t ever go anywhere else! They even called me later in the day to make sure I was doing ok! First time patient and forever patient! Very professional❤

Overall the experience was exceptional! From initial phone call to appointment to follow-up, everyone in the office was friendly and professional. You can feel the amount of care they have for their patients.

Everything went great, the Dr. and his assistant were very nice and did an awesome job of making sure I was comfortable! Definitely worth the drive and the wait. Thanks!

Great staff very curtious an da doctor was really polite an awesome. The staff got me n with a appt fast n a timely manner. An once n the chair i woke up an it was all over. I had no problems so da experience was great

Had surgery there to remove a back molar . I was sedated so no pain whatsoever. Staff was friendly and handled me with kid gloves cause I hate dental work. Will go back if ever the need arises

I got a tooth extraction and it wasn't scary at all. They talked me threw every step.

Office Receptionist Very unprofessional & Rude. Called prior to having referral sent there to confirm insurance acceptance for procedure, was told they needed the referral from orthodontist b4 scheduling appointment. Requested referral to be sent. Never heard back. Called to see if they received, yes they have it. Then was told "you have to schedule consultation first & Dr. Wagoner is booked out until December". WHY would you not provide that info during the very FIRST conversation??? Lady was very rude in her speaking to me & I just said "Very unprofessional, I will seek another surgeon". She was very incompetent in telephone etiquette. Unfortunate, as Dr. Wagoner has a great reputation with his patients. My oldest daughter had him for the same procedure years ago.

I’m only giving this rating due to the customer service of the staff. I was running late for an appointment, called over 20 mins before the appointment to let it be known that I was going to be 15 mins late and was very rudely dealt with. I understand it’s my mistake but still and when I rescheduled, she was rude, tone was very smart and it’s almost like I’m being punished from my mother. A business should not be run that way, I’d rather an office refuse service to me, instead of being chastised for a human mistake.
