Rax

So gooood! Haven’t been in years. What a beautiful drive off our main route for a treat and it was! The staff was extremely kind and gave us the history on this RAX. Not many left and it’s the only one in KY. Very clean. Restrooms we’re very clean as well

THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY RAX RESTAURANTS STILL IN EXISTENCE. EVEN THO I DON'T LIKE ROAST BEEF I STILL LIKE OTHER FOOD THAT THEY SERVE, AND MOST OF ALL I REALLY LIKE THEIR MILKSHAKES, ESPECIALLY THE BLUEBERRY MILKSHAKE!! I ALSO LOVE THEIR FRIES!!

This place is a treasure to Harlan County. The food is good, affordable and their roast beef is second to none. Order the BBC combo with twisty fries if you are looking for a safe meal to pick that's good and tasty

Deluxe Rax never disappoints, and the fries were perfect today. Crispy and crunchy but also not burned at all. Nailed it!

Great place to eat! The workers were young and friendly. You really can’t find that at many places. The manager on duty, Brooke was very nice and answered all of our questions. Two other workers, Emm and Tristan was kind enough to tell us of places to visit in Harlan while we were in town. We will go back when we visit in the summertime.

Its my own opinion, but I'm pretty sure that I'm not alone when I say this. My hometown favorite place to eat by far is here. I definitely love the food, I eat here more than anywhere else. Its roast beef made in whatever way you like on a sandwich or in a plate at the salad bar. And daily lunches are different from one day to the next. What can I say I'm probably going to have lunch there tomorrow too.

Rax got best roast beef you can eat any where they Arby's to shame anytime I'm in Harlan that's where l eat, don't forget the Blueberry milkshake only place l know of to get one.

Drove almost 2 hours to get some delicious roast beef. Great place to eat!

It had been many years since I had last eaten at a Rax. I drove more than an hour to eat at this location, since it is the last in the state. I was not disappointed. The food was quite good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I'll definitely eat there again if in the area and may make a special trip to do so again at some point in the future.

A Rax Restaurant wasn't been in London, KY for over 20 years so was very happy to find one still in Harlan, KY. Same great food and good service and they still have my go to favorite - Deluxe roast beef combo with curly fries.

The only Rax I've ever heard of.
It reminds me of a hybrid Wendy's and Arby's from the 1980s. The salads were really fresh and delicious and the roast beef was good as well.

This place has the best roast beef of any fast food joint! It's really sad that this is the only rax in all of kentucky! I think one in london would do well!

Great restaurant, hadn't eaten at one of these in years. Use to like the salad bar amongst the fast food atmosphere. Bar was fresh and had nice selection. Service was great as well.
