They only take one order at a time from the drive thru. My guess is the locals call in their orders before they arrive. This is a local hole in the wall and I’d recommend it to anyone passing through. Found myself in town during lunch and the food was served hot and s fresh. Speed is not their strong suit but fresh food was.

Sandy's restraunt is the best hometown restaurant of all time. The milkshakes are better than any other fast food chain out there. Don't be fooled by the looks of the building or area. The workers are always working hard to make everything perfect and consistent. The food is also amazing. The prices are super cheap. I don't think any other place can match theirs. Give this place a try. You won't be fooled.

Sandy’s is a great place to eat. Service is always great and their food is amazing. Be sure to have cash on hand if you go there because that’s all they accept, which could be why they can keep their prices a little lower than other restaurants. If you’ve never had a banana split in a cup I highly recommend trying it. It’s great with chocolate, caramel, and hot fudge. You can thank me later :)

Amazing food at unbeatable prices! I’ve lived in the area for a couple years now. I’ve always heard great things, so I decided to give it a try while we were in town. The prices alone are worth the wait, let alone the quality you get for what you pay. The staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend getting a milkshake or malt with your food!

The nuggets are the reallest. Can't beat the prices. Dining area is small but id suggest you'd bring you're low pockets any day

It may take a little wait but well worth it . Their shakes are the best in town. And have a good lot of choices but not to many. And GREAT PRICES and DELICIOUS food.i paid 18.00 for three big meals and 1 large and two medium shakes!

Great place for great food quick at fair prices and the best shakes anywhere

One of my all time favorite places to eat. Been visiting this place since I was barely old enough to walk, by way of a trail in my back yard, til today! Although the pizza burger isn’t still on the menu, (my all time fav) their shakes are the best in town! And their hoagie specials are tue best lunch meal you can get at a price u can’t match anywhere in the city limits!

Sandy’s is one of the most popular places to eat in town. The staff is so friendly and the food is cheap. Those girls do a great job!

So much great food for so little money. If you have not tried this staple of Grayson County life, you are missing out. Sandy's has been around for so many years. Their is no contest for the quality and quantity of food for the price. I definitely recommend Sandy's Restaurant.

This was our first time and my my I have to say it was everything that I thought it would be. The prices are amazing and down home American grease fest is just what the doctor ordered.
The peanut butter shake was as good if you slapped an orange label with the word Reese's on the side. The double burger special was better than a big Mac hands down.

Such an old school place, yet behind the peeling paint and shabby exterior is an amazing little gem in this fair city.

It may not look great, but the food and the service were great. Plus, it took me back to my childhood when these places hadn’t been overtaken by the big fast-food giants. Give it a try.

I grew up loving this place. My grandma and I would go here every weekend and get a shake, and I miss those days. I've since moved to Louisville. Hope Ms. Sandy is doing well and hope to be down soon to get me my favorite childhood shake. Thanks for planting great memories! See yall soon.

The food is great always made fresh when ordered. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. It has that old fashion drive through persona to it. Most of the employees are nice, depends on the day you catch them. You can drive through or order and eat inside.

We traveled from NC to come visit family. Stopped in o e day for lunch. The food was very inexpensive and delicious! All of our sandwiches were bigger than expected. The meat was moist not dry, the buns fresh and soft! The shakes were super thick. You almost need a spoon! Loved it! Will definitely come back when we're in Kentucky again. (I only have pictures of mine)

Amazing food, people and prices. Bacon cheese burger and onion rings are my go to. The milkshakes are the best around. Just be sure you bring cash, as it’s cash only.

Great ice cream and you simply can't beat the price anywhere. The only thing I would say is, don't be in a hurry when you go there. Since they make everything fresh, it takes some time. It is worth the wait when you consider the quality, and the price, it makes it worthwhile.

Love Sandy's!!! My husband and I ate there today for under $10. You can get the double cheeseburger special that includes fries and a drink for only $4! Small place with great food and prices!
