My 82 year old mother was involved in a MVA on 9-10-2020. I called Mathew Storms my moms insurance man with American Family Insurance. He asked me if my mom was cited. I informed him that she was not. He then told me I would have to call the other drivers insurance, as “they would be responsible for the claim” He was very unprofessional, and did not want to be bothered. After I confronted his lack of professionalism, he reluctantly agreed to submit the claim. Will not do business with this man ever again!!
