Very fast service, we had our food in about 10 minutes. The flavor of our meals was just right.

Happened upon this place on a long drive to Arkansas. Greeted promptly and was asked to fill out info for contact tracing. Hand sanitizing stations available at the entrance to clean up.
Placed our orders and headed to the restrooms which were clean and well maintained. The chips and salsa were very good. Had to ask for extra salsa.
Both my wife and I got the Carne Asada plates which comes with rice and beans and grilled onions and a small side of Guac salad. The meat was very good and the grilled onions was a nice topping on it. The refried beans were among the best I have had.
Service was top notch. Always had someone checking in on us and we did not lack for anything. Well run place with a lot of pride.
Nothing to complain. El Vallarta is a hidden gem. If you are in the area, most definitely worth a trip.

To start the salsa was amazing! Their beans were actual beans with awesome texture and flavor! All of my meal was above expectations! Had to take half to go... Left stuffed with a great dinner ahead! Staff were friendly and accommodating! Would give six stars if possible! Thanks guys! Hope to see you again in my travels!!

Great place and they are very on point. And always take time to make their customers comfortable and if the orders are correct. I rated 5 stars, and would rate higher if I could, they went above and beyond to not only make us (a larger family) a fantastic dinner, AND entertain the children. Will be going back for sure!

Can't speak for the entire menu, but DANG they make some good Carnitas!!!! And if they can do that, do they really even need to be able to do anything else? Excellent service and very nice people. Highly recommend the place. I'll definitely be back every time I work here.

We went to El Vallartas tonight. It was a beautifully decorated Mexican restaurant. Very vibrant colors! The place was clean and neat. The servers were very friendly and attentive. On top of that, the food was delicious! We all ordered Fajitas. The Shrimp was wonderful. My husband said the three meat was good and mom loved the chicken. We will definitely be back.

Best Mexican food!!! We left it up to our waiter to decide our meals! He did EXCELLENT, everything was so delicious. Nice, and friendly, I highly recommend!! I will make it a regular place to eat when ever I'm in Fulton ky, visiting family!!!

Shrimp chimichanga is delicious. Great staff. New favorite!
