Noftsger Hill Inn

Wonderful stay! A comfortable unique and historical place to stay. Where else can you Lodge in an early 1900's Elementary school?
Our room was room 2, I believe was 1st grade. The room has a huge king bed and twin bed on the other side of the room. It is so spacious I could see myself living in a loft like this.
Rosalie who runs the B&B is a terrific friendly accommodating host. Breakfast was delicious. Green chili breakfast burrito, potatos, yogurt with homemade granola.

A great escape from the city!!

My husband and I spent our wedding night and our first anniversary there. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The last time we were there he swears he heard someone walking across our wooden floor, but when he looked, the sound stopped and no one was there! Breakfast is tasty and filling with fresh ingredients from their own garden. Rosalie is an outstanding hostess and we hope to be there again very soon.

Beautiful bed & breakfast in an early 1900s school. The rooms are the former classrooms, the baths are the former cloakrooms. Lovely beds, so much room, huge windows & the original chalk boards covered in notes from previous guests. The breakfast is amazing! So worth a stay!

I can't say enough about how nice Rosalie, the owner of the inn, was. She greeted each member of our party by name at the door. Our room was comfortable, and wonderfully appointed. I didn't see any ghosts, but my sister has another tale. We are already planning our next trip back. Do not miss out on his treasure.

We had a great time at Noftsger Hill Inn. It was like going back in time. The room was a very large classroom with decorations from the time period. The breakfast was fantastic. Fresh fruit parfait, 2 eggs Benedict and fried potatoes and fresh orange juice. I highly recommend it.

We spend a minimum of 30 nights a year in Hotels/Motels. We had never stayed at a B&B and weren't sure what to expect. When you read reviews for this Inn you can be sure they are accurate. We could not find any way to express our experience except to say that you can take everything positive written, then multiply it by ten. Rosalie will exceed your expectations. The Breakfast alone was worth the price of the room.

I had just lost my little friend, a Chinese Pug named Peanut, and decided to get out of town for a distraction and to reflect on my life. I had no idea that this bed and breakfast would help me on this journey. It was like I was led here when I was googling places to go. It is beautiful and fasinating and worth every single cent. Rooms are just delightful and breakfast was wonderfully presented and delicious. A definite place to return to time and time again.

I provided my Grandfather Paul Shelton's String Band Photo, after staying in Cowboy Room with my Husband some yrs back. His Mother and twin sister attended school there in the 40s. We loved our stay and the Breakfast was "Out Of This World"
We look forward to staying there in the future💕There is much larger and beautifully decorated rooms. This happened to be the Janitors Closet.

Rosalie is an amazing hostess and a great cook. Rooms were large and clean. Definitely will go back.

We visited in 2015 and stayed in a cozy little room. The room was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed spending an evening reading by the fire.

The building was originally a school and the rooms were formerly class rooms. You gotta see this place. Make reservations early. You will not find another place like this.
