JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This store has really gone above and beyond. If I can get art and craft supplies from this store instead of other local craft stores, I will be going here exclusively.

I called this store recently and told a very nice lady, who identified herself as a manager, that I was looking for some specific sized crochet hooks. She immediately dropped what she was doing and went back to see what they had in stock. She told me what they had and I told her about my current mobility concerns and why I wanted to call before I went through all the effort to get into the store. She said that she completely understood, rewalked through that section of the store to make sure there weren't any obstacles, and once the person I was with wheeled me in there, she checked to make sure I was doing ok and able to find what I needed.

I hope this review is seen by people higher up at JOANN so this woman and the other people working there that day can get a raise. I have also sent in a formal thank you to JOANN through their main website. As a person who is now dealing with disabilities, this interaction at this store has had a very positive impact. Thank you.

I love to go to Jann fabrics and Crafts! They have something for just about anyone who does any sewing or craft work. You can also just decorate your home from the store. They have a lot of decorative items for any given season. Right now my Joann has Fourth of July decor on sale and it's already been decimated! You have got to be quick to get in on these sales!!! Today I went in to get yarn to finish a project and the pickings were thin there too. The staff are always great though about using every possible coupon you have to save you money. They are the greatest!!!!

There's a sale on strung beads that makes your total purchase 70% off with coupon from the app. So great!

Me and my long distance boyfriend made tie blankets together while he was visiting. We used fabric in the childrens pajama fabric section (thats what it was labeled as) and they came out wonderful. I miss him dearly.

As of this week (8/6/23) this store had sign with posted hours 9a-6p for the week. Not sure what's going on, but beware they may be closed before the website listed hours.

When I get a free minute, I always try to run into Joann Fabric. The coupons on the app is the best.

Ordered online. Great prices with discounts. One of the colors I ordered wasn't available, but they quickly sent an email letting me know. ~5 minute wait to checkout, but once up to the counter the friendly cashier promptly got my order in my hand and I was out the door.

If you are someone who is into sewing and crafts then this is the place you need to go for your supplies. I went with my wife this evening and she was able to find everything she was looking for and the prices were great. I do not know a lot about sewing but she was very happy that they had everything she wanted. The staff was very friendly and was able to help her find what she was looking for. I would definitely recommend this place.

Well stocked, clean and friendly employees; bit of a departure from the one we went to in Southern California before we moved waaaaaayyyy out here.

Love love going there! My favorite place in the world. The only drawback is the coupons are all for online sales and I have never gotten good service with their online. Plus I like to touch the fabric and look at it closely before I buy it.

Great Store! It had everything I needed for my project and so much more! Their holiday selection definitely kept my attention! The store was clean and the staff was super friendly and clean! Will always reccomend Jo-Ann!

JoAnn's is one of my favorite places to shop! This store has everything the crocheter could ask for, and the service is fantastic to boot.

What's not to loveabout Hobby lobby! There's so much to look at and prices are great... if it's not on sale, it will be soon. Most everyone I've met a Hobby Lobby (employees) are amazing

My order was right up front and ready. The cashier was kind. I love shopping at Joann's Fabric. This one is tricky to get to if you're not familiar with the area.

I dont shop here much at all, but this particular day I stopped to shop for a certain craft item. I asked a clerk for help. She not only said they have the item, she walked me to the item! Great friendly service!

Small location but great selection of fabric and yarn. Super friendly, helpful ladies every time. No framing department. Decent size floral.

I love this place. They have great quality products and they accept competitors coupons. One of my favorite places to shop for craft supplies and fabric.

Super going out of business sales!!!! Got amazing tables for next to nothing, but they ARE out of business now....and they were a gordmans at the end there, so maybe better luck next time, new store, who dis?

This was the best Joann Fabrics I've ever been in. I wish we had one like this in Salisbury, MD
