Very unique and peacefull trailer park. The setup of the trailers are basically up hill, there are many trailers in need of some repairs and the new management and their team are doing an amazing job at bringing life back to those deserted homes and the park itself!

Nice park that used to be not so good. The new owners seem to care about the place. I grew up here, so it's nice to see it being taken care of

I remember it by its old name. All my friends moved on, now grand daughter was visiting there. I looks a lot nicer and tidier.. We'll wait and see for more..

It's shaping up to be a possibly very nice place to call home. New management in the forms of Zack Edmiston and his wife, Mika Edmiston, have begun the resurgence process of this homely neighborhood. And I truly think they have what it's going to take to make it a pleasant place to be

Some of the trailers are pretty run down but the owner has been doing a lot of work to rectify that. Lot rent is fairly cheap and they try not renting to rif raf.
