Better off going to the next county. This is the only place I've had to resubmit everything I turn in multiple times. My caseworker acts like I'm asking her to give me money from her pocket. They wait a whole month to tell you that you misspelled a word an they can't accept the verification I provided or that because my child support isn't court enforced that I'm sol without a letter from the other parent and I don't have that atm
