This company did an Outstanding job reassuring me about working with a quality and professional roofing company that can act as an intermediary between myself and my insurance company to repair/replace a roof after hurricane damage. The employees I worked with have extensive experience working as prior insurance adjusters and roofers. They went out of their way to go over the entire process with me and educate me as to how to best ensure I was not taken advantage of by my insurance company or other low budget scams from temporary roofing companies set up to profit off of a natural disaster.

Beautiful roof installed on our property at Marco Island. They stayed true to their estimate as we had to deal with insurance. They cleaned up well afterwards and made sure all was done properly and we were happy.

I have worked with Procraft Exteriors on 2 occasions. Their skilled Foreman and a highly dependable crew have always left our home with a crisp, clean detailed and completed job.

Our friends needed a roofer to look at their roof after Ian. I gave them the managers number and the foreman was over their the following day and gave them the honest evaluation of their their tile roof. Quality workmanship, superior construction knowledge and a beautiful finished product is what I experienced with Procraft, I won’t use anyone else.

I worked with Chris and Mark of ProCraft regarding both my Missouri home, and, more extensively, my Marco Island home last year after Irma. At the time, they had facilities in both the St. Louis and Jacksonville communities and were moving key people to establish a SW Florida office.

I found them honest and they stood by their words and their work. They did not low-ball me price wise to get the job. Rather, they were completely upfront with me in explaining codes and realities that others might gloss over and then charge for later.

They always returned my calls and texts. When we had issues or setbacks, as inevitably happens after a disastrous storm, they addressed these issues to my complete satisfaction.

I am not a family member, spouse or even an
acquaintance prior to their work for me. Their recommendation to me came from a friend who had selected them to replace the roof on his church.

Good news bad news. The bad, is we just had Huricane Ian and were within the eye-wall with 140+ MPH winds.

These reviews are posted from those that work for ProCraft or their spouses. This company are just storm chasers. They have very poor communication skills. Better to go with your local roofer than this company based out of Missouri

Beware!!!! I was quoted $1800 for a roof repair and charged $7500 when it was completed.
