We needed emergency service for a 4ft by 8ft mirror that fell off of our master bathroom wall. Paradise responded quickly and professionally. When the techs arrived, I knew just by looking at them we were in good hands. They also provided assistance with another mirror while they were here. In addition, they do shower enclosures. Since moving here in January, we have used Paradise’s services multiple times. At first, it was to have protection for end tables. Then it was for cutting a thick free-form top cut for a log table base. We did a refresh of our master bathroom that involved removing a glass door to our shower along with the metal framework on top of all the glass for the shower and adding small supports that made the overall look of the shower look current with our new rain shower head. This was in addition to a complete remodel of our second bath where a glass wall was installed. Our most recent project was taking wood kitchen cabinet doors and installing custom glass and having glass shelving made to give the kitchen a china cabinet.

Now for the good part! Never did we consider looking for another company to complete our work because everything that Paradise did was exactly what we wanted. Nothing had to be redone. Estimates and terms were convenient and communication was easy. All work was completed when quoted.

We couldn’t be happier with our glass top from Paradise. Dave took great care of us with the replacement and it was installed on time and with total care by the installation team. Thank you all!

They were pleasant on the phone even though it was during the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. They met all their self-imposed deadlines and got our new glass installed to prevent any additional loss or damage.

We got several glass estimates for a large project in our home renovation. The prices were very similar so I was swayed by the false statements on their website about how well they treat their customers and how much they care about 'earning' your business. Their communication was never good. I'd call, get voicemail and not get an answer for days. They'd email when I asked to be called. They told us 2 weeks so we planned around that, at 4 weeks we got nervous and were told it was the "vendor's fault." So why not have more than one vendor? Or call and apologize (they were defensive and acted like we were a nuisance for calling) or offer to finish the job for less -- but no. We were told we couldn't cancel the order! We were told 2 more weeks of waiting so we cancelled anyway. Honestly, if their website wasn't so full of overflowing rhetoric about how much they care when their treatment was so poor, I wouldn't bother writing the review, but don't be swayed! Lots of contractors don't make their deadlines, but if you rave about your service, mean it.

Their website mentions the word "happy" four times in three short sentences on the main page. Melissa's display of happiness was immediate. Our business relationship was formed, without hesitation or any doubt. Thank you for being up front with us, Melissa.

Just called to get an estimate or a large glass panel for a customer's shower and Melissa answered the phone, she sounded less than thrilled. After asking a couple of questions I could tell that this would not be the company to work with based on how she was speaking to me. I immediately told her to never mind, thank you, and hung up.
