Marriott's Crystal Shores

Such a beautiful resort! Friendly staff, amazing location. We had an issue where the freezer was really loud. A handy man came and cheerfully fixed it. While we were away he even did the dishes for us because he had to wait for the freezer to defrost and said he was bored. He went way above and beyond fixing the original issue and was friendly and personable.
The facility is beautiful, it’s an amazing location, and well kept.

Beautiful resort with friendly attentive staff. Loved all the activities around the pool. The pools are beautiful and the temperature is perfect (nice and warm)! Rooms are well appointed and decorated very tastefully.

From checkin to checkout we loved this place! We came on a quiet weekend and had the beach, pools and hot tub all to ourselves!

Well equipped kitchen, large villas, spic and span cleanliness. Amazing bathrooms. Very decent food and drinks ordered poolside. We couldn’t have asked for much more.

My only suggestion would have been some fresh fruit in the room upon checkin would have been a nice perk, especially for someone with high status such as ourselves (and considering the high room rate.) Maybe an apple, orange or banana?

An amazing week spent at Crystal Shores! The resort and rooms are beautiful and they do an incredible job making your vacation so special! The activities team is amazing and have the best entertainment and events! The staff is top notch and so helpful. We look forward to this trip every year and will continue to come back!

Great location! 3 pools. Off the beach. Some staff were most friendly and courteous. Much and much older crowd, some presenting as grumpy towards kids engaging in childplay outdoors on their vacation. Clean establishment. Nearby shopping.

We have stayed at Crystal Shores many times and always find it clean, well-cared for. A great location with many options for dining within walking distance of the resort. Staff is always great and very helpful.

Had a great time on our family vacation! 2 bedroom villas are very spacious and super clean. Staff was always eager to offer help for anything you need. The text feature was particularly handy. We requested fresh towels, got questions answered, and even had a toothbrush delivered on our fist night. Lots of fun activities for the kids on the lower cascade pool during the day. Family friendly place. Resort is also right on the gulf so just a short walk to enjoy the beach if you want to venture out.

Beautiful resort with ample loungers by the 3 pools. The restaurants on site were very good. I recommend the seared grouper at Stilts and the 5 meats pizza at Cucina. Staff was very friendly and constantly working hard. Impressed by the size of the 3 and 2 bedroom units. We had 9 total and probably could have squeezed into one 3 bedroom unit. Great views and the amazing Gulf coast sunsets. Well maintained. Hope to go back soon!

Pools a little shallow as 3' deep except for limited 4' deep parts. Response for request prompt but often 2 or more contacts to accomplish one task. Rooms clean but aging.

We have a three bedroom suite and it is nicely updated and has all the amenities. The beds are very comfortable. There is a dining table that seats six along with a seated living area. There's also a dining table out on the balcony that also seats six along with a couple of lounge chairs and they all have cushions. The kitchen is nicely appointed with all the standard amenities. Bathrooms are a very good size. There are toiletries in the bathtub area. For your convenience. A hair dryer is also supplied. I would just caution that the bathtub probably could use some grippy tape because of the shampoos and conditioners it could get a bit slippery. Like almost every other hotel I've ever been to, it would be nice to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang up those wet bathing suits. This location is directly on the beach. Water activities are available to reserve at an additional fee. Also, umbrellas and lounge chairs are available at an additional fee. There is a upper and lower deck pool area and an additional pool off to the other side with a grotto. There are also some outdoor game activities available along with staff lead activities. Great for families and kids also. Also they do a water aerobic class. All the stuff that we've encountered have been very nice and friendly with one minor exception. Definitely a great vacay spot.
The parking is a bit of a nuisance if you use the garage below. Spots are tight.

My recent stay at the Marriott Crystal Shores in Marco Island, Florida was nothing short of extraordinary. The accommodations at this resort are simply outstanding. I had the pleasure of staying in a spacious apartment that felt like a true home away from home. The apartment boasted 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and not just one, but three bathrooms! This generous layout provided ample space for my family and friends and allowed for privacy and convenience.
The hotel's location was another standout feature. Situated right on the beach, we had direct access to the soft, powdery sands and the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Overall, my experience at Marriott Crystal Shores was simply exceptional. From the beautiful multiple pools and engaging entertainment activities to the spacious apartments with their well-equipped kitchens and ocean view balconies, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that every moment of our stay was filled with joy and comfort. If you're seeking a luxurious and family-friendly retreat in Marco Island, I wholeheartedly recommend Marriott Crystal Shores.

It’s my favorite timeshare of them all . The beach has powder sand and warm and calm Gulf, the resort is quite nice and the views outstanding. We had multiple maintenance issues thru the course of the week but they were all addressed by qualified people who fixed the issues or ordered the part. The entire staff from the General Manager,John Louis, including all the departments it requires to run this resort , should be commended for their ability to work as a team. Crystal Shores is just a very special place to vacation.

The resort is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are amazing! Definitely one of our favorite resorts we have visited but........ the one star for service is SOLELY due to the front desk. Very rude, not knowledgeable, and certainly not helpful! Everyone else, maintenance, concierge, etc.... were wonderful! Please do something about your front desk since it is the first impression...and definitely not good!

Upscale Marriott Vacation Club located on the West Coast of Florida on Marco Island. Great location, nice spacious rooms with two large pools and beach access.

Parking is a mess. Not happy where we had to park our quarter million dollar car. Elevator to ocean front villas was broken.

The best for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of food and drink options. The pools are awesome, even a serious water slide for the kids. I can't wait to keep coming back.

Great week! I was pleasantly surprised by the activities. It all Marriott VC have a lot of fun for kids/teens. This week has kept them busy and we haven’t had to venture out to find other activities off property. Thanks to Linda for keeping my girls busy and happy!

The location is perfect. The pools are nice. Lots of activities. The beds are comfortable. No, there isn’t a great view of the beach but is that really your complaint? Don’t need a view of it if you’re on it. And if you’re on it and not happy with the crowds DONT COME DURING SEASON. No reason to leave bad reviews about things they can’t help lol
The live music doesn’t seem to play long or late enough but great entertainment. Apps at stilts are really good and the bar tenders and servers up there were personable, attentive and efficient. The employees around the resort are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the designated smoking areas even though I had to use them to vape lol The activities for kids seemed abundant but I didn’t bring any so just observing, could be wrong. But I saw a slide and them playing pool and giant chess.

Perfect location to go back and forth to the beach. The place was nice to take kids to and there were plenty of activities and functions going ok throughout the day.
