Capt Ron’s Awesome Everglades Adventures

Had a great ride with Capt Ron through the ten thousand Islands in South Florida. Riding through the mangroves and islands created by Indians, from shells, that lived there years ago. Beautiful water and nature including dolphins.

Captain Ron is a professional. I can’t say enough good words about him or how he runs his business. Top notch all the way around. The tour is awesome. The Yamaha’s we used worked flawless. Dolphins galore. Can’t wait to rent from him again.

We have now rented from Captain Ron 3 times. This time we got to into the Gulf and see the Dome Homes. We saw so many dolphins as well.

You can’t go wrong with Ron.

This was the best and most exciting thing my wife and I did during our Marco Island, Florida vacation. Captain Ron is very professional and covers all safety aspects before venturing out on the tour. During the ride we visited the mangrove maze, shell island, the Dome House, and dolphins everywhere. We also ventured out to the open waters a few times where we topped out at 61 mph!!! We can’t wait to tour with Captain Ron again later this year.

Amazing trip!! Lifetime’s experience. Seadoo are great and Ron is one of the best guide I had the chance to meet! Can’t believe the (2-3) bad comments. Everything was seamless and really impressive. Price were accurate. One of my best adventure of our life.

Brought my own ski and also rented a ski. Everything ran perfect and the views and seeing dolphins the first 5 mins of the trip was great. Will definitely do this again. Thank You Capt Ron.

We did extensive research before booking with Captain Ron and are so glad we did! We were a party of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teens. The tour meets at Caxambas Park on Marco Island and begins with a thorough but efficient safety briefing. We were all fitted for comfortable life jackets and assigned to what appeared to be brand new top of the line skis. Sitting on the jet ski, we were backed into the water on a trailer and one by one instructed on how to orient to the ski and practice using the controls. Once on the water it was immediately obvious that the ski was not a typical rental. The seats were “stadium style” with a low back for each rider. Important to note because these were very powerful machines and that extra feature made us feel much more secure in the seat when accelerating. Ron himself led us out into the bay and reinforced all the tips and rules we needed to follow to stay safe. After that we were off! He led us on an exhilarating ride through the beautiful ten thousand island nature preserve. As we got more acclimated and comfortable our speed increased and it was a serious rush to glide over the water, slowing and stopping to take in dolphins, the famous “Dome House” and many beautiful birds and habitats. For the teens, this was no boring slow putt through the water - we were moving! We’ve rented jet skis before and these machines were in a completely different class. Comfortable, smooth and VERY powerful. Ron expertly led us to beautiful spots that we would have been hard pressed to find on our own. By the end of the trip, all of us were sun kissed and grinning. We already decided that we’ll book again next time we’re on Marco. Highly recommend!

Such a thrilling experience! My husband and I loved every bit of it. Such a great way to see the beautiful islands and get close to nature. We got to see so many dolphins. We felt very safe with Capt Ron who is such an expert, he made us very comfortable on the tour even when we went through shallow waters. You must try this if you go to Marco island!

Fun jaunt thru the everglades and the ocean. Ron spent the right amount of time before we launched and just after teaching us how to drive. The jet skis were new and very powerful. Most of the time we drove around 20-35 mph. I topped out at 50 but the machine would have gone faster. Most of the trip is a bit like follow the leader with a few planned stops to see the sights or wildlife. They provide life jackets and bottled water. The jet skis have two waterproof compartments so you can bring a phone or have a place to put shoes. Ron took pictures on the trip so my photos were unnecessary.

Captain Alex took us on an expert led adventure full of dolphins and beautiful birds. We had a blast watching dolphins surface as we learned more about the incredible ecosystem around us. Highly recommend.

Ron is the best. He enjoys his career and it shows. We have tons of experience yet he didn’t tone down teaching us which I appreciate as we all learned something! Ron, we had a blast on the ADVENTURE, not a tour! Thank you!

We had the greatest time on the water with Captain Ron. He gave us a great safety demo before taking off on the Wave Runners and we all felt super comfortable and safe. He knows the area extremely well and we were able to see dolphins and manatees! He got amazing photo and video content for us and when I'm in Marco again, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend 100/10!!

Absolutely the most exciting and fun tour. I was very hesitant to spend the money but the reviews are really good so I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did. We booked on Monday for a Wednesday tour to start at Noon. We met Capt Ron at the dock and he put us on the jet skis while on the trailer and went over all the controls and safety, so before getting in the water, I knew how to operate the machine. After putting us in the water, he sent us to an area to practice for about 5-10 minutes then we took off and it was a blast from the start to finish.

We stopped a few times to rest and drink some water, while on one rest we encountered a shark and then Capt Ron said, ‘let’s go find some dolphins’ and sure as could be, 10 minutes later we are idling around three dolphins, it was amazing.

If you are hesitating on the costs, don’t, it was worth every penny. The jet ski is easy to control and operate. Best thing in Marco island!

HIGHLY recommend Capt Ron's Jet ski tours! He is super helpful, ensures everyone has a great time & made the whole process really seamless for our group of 5. We have already returned on several occasions and will definitely use him again in the future!

The best by far. Our leader was captain Ron himself ! He was amazing!! I have gone on jet ski tours MANY (In multiple countries as well) and this was by far the best. Also , the jet skis are larger than any other ones. We saw dolphins, manatees and stingrays !!! Be careful getting off of the jet skis once in the truck and out of the water, because you could fall (most unsafe you will be) I couldn’t be any more happier with our trip !! Thank you so much !!!!!

Captain Ron is the real deal. Don’t rent from anyone else in Marco Island for a jet ski adventure. He is super personable and gives clear straightforward instruction on how to operate a jet ski. The ride was lengthy and he stops when dolphins are encountered and follows them along so you get to see them up close (but always safely). His Yamaha wave runners are top notch and in excellent condition. Ours had plenty of power and handled 2 very large adults with no problem.

He is professional and safe and friendly! This is the guide service you should be chartering with. Highly recommend Ron and his service.

We had a great experience with Captain Ron! He clearly enjoys his work and he gave us a great tour of the ten thousand islands. We saw plenty of marine life and embraced the speed of the wave runners. Ron took great photos along the way, ensuring that we captured our experience without us having to see the experience through our iPhone cameras. All in all, a five star experience. You won’t forget this adventure!

Ron’s tour was the highlight of our Marco trip! So much fun riding the jet ski and my husband surely enjoying driving it! We were in awe of the incredibly beautiful islands, but up the up close views of dolphins, manatees, and white pelicans were my fav! I felt very safe and will most certainly do it again with our kiddos next time!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Captain Ron is all about safety and did a wonderful job teaching us how to use the jet skis! My family had such a great time and our experience was a great value for the money! I highly recommend this experience with Captain Ron - thank you so much for today!

Captain Ron was fantastic. Safety first, but tons of fun! Plenty of time to cut loose if you so desire. He easily found dolphins to play with! Best of all he takes all the pictures and you just enjoy the experience.
