Loved the food, service and atmosphere there! The Jumbo Prawns are DELICIOUS, and my husband enjoyed the Lamb osso buco too! Our server Catherine was great and very knowledgeable, super helpful, and really sweet with us! We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the island again!

We went to Cafe de Marco while we were visiting Marco Island and I have to say that the food was Delicious and well made. Very nice place. Good ambiance. Our server Luke was awesome.

If you are looking for flavor, this is your place. The server, staff and the owner personally take care of every single table. I loved The atmosphere. I drove from orlando and had to come to try....worth every penny.

Everytime we go to Marco Island, we visit this place for it’ s delicious meals, pleasant service and lovely atmosphere. The old building has a spirit and that gives it credit too. My favourite dish Jumbo Prawns never fails. Go and see & taste for yourself.

Staff was the best I have seen. They did not disappoint and they were on top of our needs. Server Jennifer was amazing! Food was fantastic as well. Compliments to the chef!!

outstanding!!!! excellent service, food is unbelievable. great atmosphere and did I mention that the service is excellent. Even the lovely lady who answered the phone to take my reservation was kind, happy to assist me, not like some of the other restaurants that say hello and put u on hold for 20 minutes. LOVED IT. don't forget to check out their desserts menu, you won't be sorry☆☆☆☆▪☆

This is a very old building and somewhat run down in the historical section of Marco Island. The surroundings did not impact the service we received or the meal. Everything was cooked to our liking and the special desert was awesome. My husband had the fresh catch of the day, Tripletail and I had the Chicken Franscese.

Excellent restaurant. Have been there many times with family and friends. Service,Scott, was awesome and food was delicious. The portions were large and they carefully wrapped our leftovers for us. Had the grouper and prawns plus the lobster bisque. Didn’t have room for dessert. Would highly recommend

Best seafood meal on the island. Prawns were AWESOME and the lobster was PERFECT!! Wonderful service also 😄

Great dinner at Cafe de Marco. Our group of four had the Lobster bisque soup (delicious - would love even more lobster chunks), three different types of salad (house and berry salads were better than the wedge), two orders of specialty prawns (like lobster but less chewy - $49 each), the vegetarian plate (she loved it) and the Tripletail de Marco style (well cooked and tasty). Only demerits on dinner was the rice could have been cooked better on all the dishes. Was hard in spots. Overall, a great meal.

Delicious is an understatement. I’d leave 100 stars if I could! We went on a fishing charter and caught our own fish. We brought it here to be prepared and I’m so happy we did! We’ve done the fishing before and have had it prepared at so many places on the island over the years, but it has never been prepared so well! It was absolutely TO DIE FOR! I’d recommend this place to anyone seeking amazing food, staff, and service. We will be back!

After trying 7 different restaurants for dinner I can say that this was hands down our favorite. Our waiter, Mario, was excellent and our food was absolutely divine. I got the jumbo prawns while my wife got the lobster tail. Both were very delicious and complimented greatly by the side dishes. This was the only place on our trip we ate everything on our plates due to overall quality. Wish our stay was longer so we can eat here again.

The food and service is incredible! We had Robert as our waiter, he was wonderful. The bread was delicious, We had lobster bisque, the sampler platter, and their famous prawns which did not disappoint. 10/10 every was delicious. if your not eating dinner here your missing out!

Absolutely wonderful! We came to Marco from Atlanta to visit family and had a wonderful time. Everything was delicious! The lobster bisque was the best we have ever had, and the prawns we’re exceptional as well. Desserts were delicious too. We highly recommend Cafe Demarco!

Great wait staff, excellent food (fresh fish) and finished with Peanut Butter pie and coffee for dessert. Highly recommend!

We had dined here several years ago and decided to return. We were happy we did. I believe the restaurant was opened in the 80's. Scott, our server has worked here for several years. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. He was attentive to our needs and has a great sense of humor. We also enjoyed the soft background music of the '50s - '60s. We were able to converse without having to shout. We enjoyed our entrees, the macadamia nut encrusted grouper, grouper grilled, grouper blackened, and crab cakes. The salads, vegetables and rice sides were all very good. The menu stated the key lime pie was "not too tart" and we should have believed it. We all would have enjoyed a little more tartness. But that was our fault. I'm glad we returned.

Everything here is great

Absolutely fresh and fantastic local seafood with all scratch made sauces and dressings! The wait staff was genuinely caring and provided other recommendations for us to explore the island while we were visiting. A truly local restaurant that we would love to return to!
