Excellent customer service from the staff on duty.
The unit was huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one had a huge bathtub and double sinks.
The pool area was compact but comfortable with a wonderful heated pool and a great hot tub, really hot. Great canal views too. I would not hesitate staying again if the price is right.

Nice quiet resort. We stayed in a remodeled room. The rooms had walk-in closets with ample shelving and storage. The staff is extremely friendly. Small game room that has air hockey and table tennis. Property is well taken care of. The beach is a close drive away or you can use the resort shuttle.

Although some might prefer a beach front location, we love the close parking for the condo and free shuttle service to the two beach locations. The shuttle provides free chairs and a cooler along with a beach umbrella for a very small weekly fee. It's very convenient and easy to get in and out . Also, the staff are all super friendly and helpful! It stays full so book very early!

Excellent place to stay, I will recommend it with my eyes closed and I will go back anytime! We stayed in two of the 3 bedroom apartments on a Family Trip! Everything was perfect! even the expresso coffee maker and the complimentary grinded coffee! The personnel is incredibly kind and helpful, they take you to the beach and back any time, give you beach towels, chairs and coolers, even children toys! Game room, pool, grills for BBQ, etc. Location is perfect, Location is perfect, in front of a water canal and facing the sunset, also, walking distance from Marina and Restaurants, grocery store, etc. I am very thankful for the wonderful vacation we had and will come back!

Had a great stay. Rooms are nice with everything you need. We cooked several times and never lacked for anything.
Gave 4 stars for location because it's not beachfront 😜 but they do have a convenient shuttle to both beaches. Although not on the beach, location is closer to restaurants and stores...very conveniently located next door to a Winn Dixie grocery store for anything you need. Game room was entertaining for kids with ping pong table, shuffleboard, air hockey table, and Foosball. From the looks of it, the gym seemed well appointed as well. Pool was nice, not overly big, but big enough that we never felt crowed.

What a great place to just chill! Staff are very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our vacation with our loved ones.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite, and it was beautiful. They had great amenities. There is a shuttle to the beach but if you wanted to walk there it would take 35 min.

This is an exclusive hotel for Signature Holiday Inn Club members. It’s not easy to get reservations. Every villa is gorgeous. Free shuttle to local beaches. Pool and hot tub are small, so it’s not the best. Spend your time at the beach. Service is very friendly. Currently one of the elevators is out and the lower deck needs to be fixed after the hurricane.

From the time we walked in to the resort, to the time we left, everyone made it the best stay. The team there was so tentative and willing to assist in any way possible.
The resort itself was in great shape, the three bed two back we stayed in was very spacious and comfy. The pool and patio was clean and enjoyable.
We rented a boat with the assistance of the front desk, and had docking just off of the pool deck on the canal just 10 minute boat ride the the gulf.
Just across the street there are three great restaurants and boutiques in walking distance and groceries next door.
A great 5 min shuttle ride right to the beach area. Thanks for a great stay.

Edited review. My apologies to Sunset Cove because the review i left prior to this was for the wrong HICV resort. Sunset Cove in Marco Island is lovely! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have the option to transport you to the beaches and also to rent beach chairs and umbrellas if needed. The island has so much to offer prior to Easter. We were able to enjoy this resort in April. Wonderful experience!

I just had a 3 day/2 night stay at this resort this past weekend and had an amazing time. From the super friendly front desk staff to the fabulous upkeep of the property to the roomy villa, everything exceeded my expectations. The 3-bedroom villa was very spacious and clean and beautifully decorated with all the necessities provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and game room at the property were all very well-maintained. While this resort is not located on the beach, a courtesy beach shuttle with beach chairs were provided to take us to the two public beaches. We were picked up within 5 minutes after placing our request at the desk, and the shuttle picked us right back up when we were ready to return with just a phone call. The driver was very friendly and gave us some tips about the island as well as recommendations on restaurants. My only regret was not planning a longer stay at this resort! I look forward to my next stay at this wonderful resort and would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quiet and relaxing island getaway.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a 3 bedroom with full kitchen, laundry, and a deck. Downstairs the kids loved the air hockey, table tennis, and outdoor pool!! It kept them busy while we could relax and enjoy some rays!!!! Grocery store is right next door so that was very convenient. Hotel has bikes you can use so we biked to a local mini golf place and to the stores to do some shopping. Everything was close and very easy to get to. Hotel shuttle drove us to Tigertail beach, gave us lawn chairs to use and picked us up when we were done. Great place to stay!!!

Everything about this stay was fabulous! The room and amenities were great. The island is small so it's a fairly quick drive to get around. A bonus for wanting to plan a beach day, is that they offer a shuttle to and from. Just keep in mind when booking, this isn't a walk to the beach from your resort location. It certainly is a central location though!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff is so accommodating and they provide anything and everything you could need! Free beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, bikes and more that you can rent for the day. The pool is right on the marina (not on the beach but the view is still gorgeous) and the rooms are so clean! The game room is also one of the great amenities along with the free beach shuttle service! Highly recommended this hotel my stay here was one of the best with no flaws!

Lovely suites! Well stocked! Ours overlooked pool and had a beautiful view of the lagoon and homes. Nice lanai sitting areas... friendly workers.

It’s a beautiful place. The GM and front desk attendee Jackie are both very helpful and professional. The shuttle driver that works Fri/Sat needs a raise. He was very informative and kind.

This hotel is just amazing! The staff is very friendly and polite and always willing to help out. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, and I’m very appreciative of the built in water system, which many hotels don’t have! The pool was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable and well placed. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend for anyone wanting a relatively affordable, comfortable and enjoyable vacation here! I look forward to coming back!

Beautiful island and property. We love the Tigertail beach.

Our stay was incredible! The pool was awesome, hot tub was hot, easy walking access to restaurants and bars on the marina. We stayed in one (out of two?) of the villas with an open air balcony so we could catch some sun in privacy. We were able to make home-cooked meals and fresh coffee/espresso in the kitchen, but the knives were very dull. The dishwasher didn't clean that well but I'm used to washing by hand anyway.
Would definitely recommend this place!

Edit: Forgot to mention they loan out bikes, beach chairs and beach towels at no charge which is incredible. Plus they will shuttle you to beach access points so you don't have to worry about parking (which can be a nightmare)
