Love Love Love this place . By far the CLEANEST hotel I have ever been in! (Again I travel for a living so i have been in many, many,many) Also The price is so good and you get all this and a pool! The staff is beyond accommodating,friendly, and helpful and the cleaning people, you are amazing truly. I appreciate all your hard work

My amazing birthday! We stayed for 1 night but I wish it were 2. The hotel was very clean (can't emphasize enough! ) room was equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery! We went to publix, got cake and steaks and cooked right in the kitchen as if we were at home 😍 while my 2 year old was slept comfortably in the bedroom. The balcony was fully screened so we could comfortably enjoy the sound of frogs and roosted birds at night.
The balcony view was beautiful- a lake! With a sign that says beware alligators - we are everglades lovers and this was right up our alley lol they're were hardly any guests at the hotel so we had the pool to ourselves. in the morning, we swam and my son really enjoyed himself! We love this place and hopefully we'll get another chance to visit again soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed in late February and had a wonderful time !! Staff were great and extremely friendly. The location was prefect for us.We plan on going back soon. Our room 104 was wonderful and the balcony view of the lake was relaxing. A very nice place to stay. Service was quick when ever we requested anything.

Very nice little hotel. In a quiet neighborhood. The rooms have been recently remodeled. The housekeepers do an amazing job. Rooms smelled nice. No odor at all. Nice view of the little lake behind the hotel. The staff was very nice. Rooms have a full size kitchen. At least 4 restaurants within a half mile so definitely within walking distance. No vending machines but I asked about water and was given a bottle.

My partner and I came here for the thanksgiving weekend. WOW-we were so impressed from start to finish. The room was beautifully laid out with all new furnishings. The balcony was screened in and overlooking a small lake. There was a small beach area to sit out and look out at the lake. The whole property was clean and centrally located close to restaurants. Lauren at the front desk was informative and very helpful. We thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We hope to come back soon

Just stayed at this lovely place last weekend in a 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for my friend and I. We had separate bedrooms and bathrooms and had plenty of space. Nice large deck overlooking the lake. It was very clean, quiet and we had everything we needed and then some. The staff was great too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I ever return to Marco Island.

This was a perfect room . It had everything a person could need for a 4 or 5 day stay. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and living room. Plus, a lovely screened in, balcony. Also, very clean. It was perfect. Management was super friendly as well.

I could move in and stay for weeks but unfortunately I was only here for a single night. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

This place ended up being great for our family of 4 (including 2 toddlers). We booked the 2 bedroom. It was great to be able to find an affordable option on the island. The room was clean and roomy. Loved having the in room washer and dryer. Had a nice lanai to hangout in the morning and evenings. Pool was warm and great for the kids. 5 min drive or less to several great beaches and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely recommend and book again if we visit Marco Island again.

Highly Recommend! Exceptionally clean and modern. Separate bedroom from living room and kitchen. Plenty of parking, easy access to anything on the island. Book in advance, they are sure to fill up.

Stayed here in May with a girlfriend and it was perfect. Very cute place, people were super nice and helpful, our room had everything we needed (lots of towels and pillows, full kitchen was a bonus for us!). Loved the updated furniture, my friens said the fold out couch was very comfortable. The pool is a decent size and very clean, had lots of umbrellas, and there was only one other person using it besides us so it worked out great.
My ONLY complaint was the carpet on our room was pretty old & dirty. Our feet were filthy after walking barefoot around the room our first day so we made sure to wear our flips at all times. It could definitely be replaced or deep cleaned.

This place is amazing! Stayed at the villas. I recommend this to couples and families. Close to everything . Beach, grocery store, etc.. I was impressed I must say. They provided basically everything you need! Very clean and the front desk girls were spectacular and very nice! I will stay here again.

Visited Marco Island for a conference and ended up with a room at Lakeside Inn. The 2-BR suite was extremely clean and the bathroom and kitchen looked to be recently updated. The service in the front office was wonderful. There is a washer and dryer in the suite, but you either need to bring detergent or buy some from the office. Everything you need in the kitchen is in the room (pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups). Didn't do any cooking while there but looked like a great setup. Great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Secluded, not too busy. Clean rooms, no hassle from hotel management, no one bothered us at all. It was wonderful

Second time we stay in the cottages, and both experiences has been amazing. We brought our bikes with us this time, and biked to the beach, bars and restaurants every day. Super clean rooms, feeling like a lil' home away from home.

We stayed here for a night when passing through Marco Island. It was the only hotel under $600 a night left on the island. I was nervous but I booked it. I’m so glad I did! It’s the cutest place! Nice quiet area. Easy drive to restaurants or beach. You have a screened in patio. I love the vibe. Pool for the kids. I would recommend and will stay again.
