I love this Winn-Dixie for a variety of reasons, but I wanted to mention a specific experience: I inquired about a custom cookie cake for my daughter's birthday, and Glenda in the bakery designed FIVE of them that same day! I was only charged $54 for all five -- compare that to Publix -- and she stored them until I was ready to pick them up. That's customer service! The cakes were a huge hit at the party, too.

Loved the prices, staff very friendly. I don't know why it's been years since I have gone, but they need to bring them back to the area!

Greatest grocery store l have been too from a customer service standpoint. Aisles are well stocked. Meats are fantastic. Prices are high, but take advantage of BOGOs and sales. Reward membership is a must to build a wallet for huge reductions in total costs!!!

This is a community grocery store that has serviced all types of changes. Store shelves are always full and pricing are good. Freshness and produce very good s little pricey on somes items in the produce side but deli is great and meat and seafood excellent.

One of the older stores in town but they had exactly what I was looking for

So last month I had some problems with DoorDash shopper on my pickup order at Winn Dixie and store manager Chris told me to come back to find him . After couple weeks, I came back today to find him but store manager Chris was on vacation. However, customer service Michelle was willing to help with my issue. I explained to her my problem and customer service manager named George helped me to resolve the issue without any hesitation. I didn’t shop at Winn Dixie so often before but from now on I rather shop here than Publix. I feel like Winn Dixie really care about their customers and I feel like I am being treated nicer than else where any other grocery stores. Shopping is not only all about fresh products, or cheaper price but also customer service is key to keep customers coming back and back. Highly recommend this store to everyone.

Everytime I go to this Winn-Dixie the employees are friendly and very helpful..
They're also very knowledgeable about where products are..
I'll be honest with you I come here for the fried chicken to because my opinion it's just as good as publix.. and it's not as expensive.

Winn Dixie seems to have turned a corner. Much better shopping experience than a few years ago. The store is clean and well-stocked. Staff are helpful and friendly. If I'm not mistaken... prices are a little better than Publix prices.

Love Winn-Dixie, even though it's an older, smaller store it has been recently remodeled. Nice selection of products and I love the BOGO deals.

I go for the weekend specials😁 They have snow crabs on sale all the time.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I recently moved a block up the street and have been rather impressed by the selection and the prices. Geez, the food they make is fantastic and so fresh...everyone is super helpful, Ms. Linda was great as well as the gentleman that stands by the door and sanitizes the carts, Paul. He's very nice and so welcoming. I enjoy shopping here, I enjoy browsing and I always come back. I haven't missed publix at all.

Customer service is great the prices are decent and they have great deals. The cashiers always make sure you got everything you need just by asking (how are you today and did you find everything you needed?) Feels great some one cares. I recommend this place hope it stays open.

Winn-Dixie always has what I need and always gives excellent customer service. Lines are always short and produce and bakery foods are always fresh and great tasting. They always have sale items for a great price as well. Most stores have closed down in my area so I hope this location stays around.

I absolutely loved the experience at this winn dixie location. It was clean, organized, the staff was very polite, and extremely helpful. They work quickly, making sure that there isn't a customer waiting in line to long. They go above and beyond & even engage with the customer on a personal level. Shout out to Mr. Mike. Yesterday our girls of praise wanted some crab legs and we called around looking for a Winn Dixie close to the area where we were. We called and spoke to Mr Mike and he told us that he stop steaming seafood at 7:00 because he has to clean. We explained to him that we might be 5 minutes late but he said he would still take care of us and that he did. The seafood was delicious we had crab legs and Shrimp and the flavor on the seafood was soooooooooooo delicious 😋. Thank you so much Mr Mike.....💖💕💕💞💞💕💖💖💖💕💞💞💕💖💖

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and lighting. The cashiers are very helpful and friendly. The prices are not bad. Great place to go into if you don't have the time to make dinner or if you're going on a picnic or need something for lunch. A very friendly place
