PNC Bank

Louisa, was extremely helpful this Friday afternoon! Friday’s can be a very busy day in a bank. She fit me in without and appointment within 20 minutes of my arrival and had me out the door with a new account in 30 minutes! She was personable and made the process simple!

Great PNC branch with stellar customer service. Specifically want to commend Yosef and Luisa who were attentive and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Came In for a new debit card and was greeted with smiling and kind faces. Yosef helped me and he was the most kind and professional person I’ve spoken to there. He’s fast and knowledgeable. This is my favorite location to visit when I need anything!

I found outstanding customer service at PNC Branch North Military Trail Branch. I was so Impressed that I took the time to do this review. Luisa Orellana took care of me and my father, outstanding job.
Management at the branch deserve credit for training employees like this, yes it makes a huge difference, if I was a competitor I would hire this lady and who trained her.

All the staff is helpful and attentive each time I come to make a deposit. Can’t speak to any of their other services but their always pleasant while taking my money.

I'm just happy to see a PNC bank!

We first went to this PNC Bank, located on Military Trail, just north of PGA, at 10973 North Military Trail. I wanted to open a second account for myself. My son, wanted to open his very first bank account. Pretty much everyone, except one, who works at the PNC Bank on Military Trail was very rude. The ONLY NICE PERSON there, was the lady who was wearing a blue and white face mask, who assisted us with a deposit at the window (inside the bank). She was very polite, helpful, and professional! After making a deposit, my son and I, went into one of the offices for our appointment. A Banking Assistant called us in. When my son and I went into the office for our appointment, we had to also accept to have a trainee in the office with us. What? How inappropriate! That, not only made my son and I very uncomfortable, it also completely took the Banking Assistant's attention away from us, made the Banking Assistant distracted, and very much delayed the progression of our meeting. In addition, during the meeting, every time my son and I asked the Banking Assistant a question, so that we would understand the process of what we were interested in doing in relation to our accounts, the Banking Assistant not only talked over us, but also answered us in a very condescending way... somewhat demeaning. It made no sense! Not to mention, no matter how much we tried, it was very hard to understand even half of what she said (very heavy Hispanic accent, and mixed up words). In addition, she seemed to be in a hurry, and not willing to assist at all! So much so that half way through our 10 minute meeting, she stood up, and told us that she and the trainee, had to go take care of something else related to his training, and lunch time...Then, proceeded to guide us out of the office. Simply shocking! How very rude, unprofessional, etc.! We still had a few more questions, and didn't even get to open our new bank accounts. We were both in disbelief! We left this bank on Military Trail (Just north of PGA), and immediately looked for another PNC BANK that was close by. We went to the PNC BANK located in east Palm Beach Gardens (2000 PGA Blvd.). What a difference! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a very professional young lady, and the Banking Assistant helped us right away! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional! He answered all our questions, and helped us open our accounts. What a wonderful experience! The PNC BANK, in EASTERN Palm Beach Gardens, at 2000 PGA Blvd., Suite 1000, is where I will take all my business from now on! That's how every bank should be! Simply the best!

This particular branch recently as it is on my way home.
Each time I have waited over 15 minutes and sometimes I’m the only one in the drive through. They have miscounted my money & had to call & correct their mistakes. No trust in this branch handling my money. I am well aware I could deposit my money into one of your 3rd party ATM machines & Hope it’s one of the times it doesn’t malfunction & I have to wait for my cash deposit to be disputed over several weeks & not bother pnc actual bank personnel. They make sure to remind me each week i am there. I Won’t be back to this branch & will find another bank. Don’t waste your time here.

Crooks. I literally just left the drive-through about 10 minutes ago between 11:25-11:30 ish Friday 08/07. I gave two 20 dollar bills and three 10 dollar bills, asking for 5 dollar bills in exchange. The lady asked me a question I could barely hear her, I just said yes. She and the girl next to her started laughing. I drove away with only $60 worth of 5's when I gave them $70. Can you not count? Or were you just planning to steal money from the beginning? You must need it more than I do, hopefully you get fired!!

Slowest bank I ever seen, I was the only one in line and it still took 8 minutes to cash a check. That is why I bank at Wells Fargo

Very rude and nasty guy they got at the appointment desk. He didn't ask me my name or try to help me. Instead, he helped the other customer waiting with a business account.

Very very slow service at drive in. . Never again
