I worked with them to outfit my primary bathroom remodel fixtures from sinks to showers and accessories and was blown away by the responsiveness and attention I received. More so than the excellent product selection, I really felt taken care of by the staff (shout out to Ken and Sheila). Super responsive via email if I had any questions post order! Would highly recommend them for your higher end plumbing fixture needs.

Wow! What a store. Miller's Fine Decorative Hardware has sinks and faucets that are extraordinary. They also have a ton of other items, like tubs. Most everything in the store is unique and awesome. Miller's has a wonderful selection and two locations in West Palm Beach and Jupiter. The atmosphere is relaxing instead of overwhelming.
I went to a lot of places before I discovered Miller's and the other showrooms, just don't get it. They either don't have a diverse selection or the right brands, mediocre to bad sales people with lack of knowledge, presence, personality and they don't understand the art of client services. Miller's get's it right every time, no matter who you speak with, but Lexie is hands down, my go to person. I highly recommend Lexie White and Miller's Decorative Hardware.

This is the best selection of fine hardware you will find at a reasonable price and the owner’s name is Jane and she is excellent. It’s great to have a family owned business his reputation follows them and it is excellent.

Excellent collection of high end hard to find fixtures. I was specifically looking for Kohler products which have lifetime warranty, but I was very impressed with the selection they have, I may come back in the future now that I know what is available.

Had an awful experience! An employee picked out the “proper” items I needed to ensure they were correct after being in my home first hand. Items were incorrect and did not fit so I returned them in November. I called repeatedly to get my refund and got no where until yesterday Feb 9th! I was finally refunded minus a 35% fee and another $15 fee that I was never told about because I never signed anything or was given any notification about this. One of my items was “not returnable” because I didn’t bring the top of the box which they told me after they held the item for 3 months in their store. I asked to be refunded anyway and was denied, the general manager told me you can’t return any item to any store without the original packaging. Now if you’re a consumer at ANY major store you know this to be incorrect. The employee also mocked me on the phone by telling me I “only spent $800 in the store so whatever”. Am I not important as a customer because I didn’t spend enough? The only thing they did for all of this headache was tell me they would speak to their employees about taking so long. They did NOT care about losing a customer. They also finally returned my none refunded item to me by placing it in my mailbox ( how professional).
