OK so I know not having many brick and mortar locations it's pretty frustrating when you need to go inside; however, this location was super friendly. Was greeted immediately and no more than a minute to serve me. Alex was my teller and was friendly and smiling. I guess like the saying goes...can't believe everything you hear..in this case everything you read. Not sure how so many people have had not so great experiences at this location. Anyways if you have to drive go see Alex at this branch.

I have been a loyal customer for multiple years. Your customer service skills are above and beyond expectations in banking experience. Recently I called your line and the normal protocol was initiated. As I was transferred to a representative I heard a click which transferred me to an individual portraying themselves as a Citibank Customer Service individual; which I immediately knew was a scam. I cursed the female out and hung up. How did she come over your line on your number? An individual not knowing would have unwittingly given out information robbing them on your banking line. Investigate this concern ASAP. Imagine the financial impact to your bank as well as the trusting consumer. . GBA! Further more my pin was changed and a card not delivered. My replacement card can't be activated and my ex husband living in my home is somewhat responsible. His behavior is bizarre and he has had me arrested three times in the last 5 months on fraudulent baseless allegationns and certain officers of law enforcement helped. This is not my first rodeo with Law Enforcement and your bank. My daughter called the police because I was checking my mail. There were chains and padlocks on the gate so I couldn't enter the property. I was sleeping in my vehicle because the FAKE ADMINISTRATOR of my mother's Estate instruted her to do so based upon an injunction that NEVER existed or was signed by aJudge. Two Citibank envelopes came. When the Officers arrived I explained that I was only checking my mail and gave him one and I kept one. Prior to the two officers arrival I was in my vehicle.attempting to leave. She had the gate unlocked so one went into the house and the other stayed back with me. The call NEVER went through dispatch nor any communication transmitted over the little box on his his shoulder. I was never instructed to give my license just to turn off the vehicle. He ask did I write what was written on the house to which I replied yes. Without provocation or warning he opened my car door reached inside and attempted to pull me out of my vehicle, FOR REAL? " Whoa was all I heard as I was leaving. Next day ALL of my money was gone, Another Hawthorne and Law Enforcement connection. I have been hit hard. Recently a dispute with Enterprise car rental was resolved in my favor. The bank card I reported lost or stolen had unauthorized transactions yet I was paying cash and wasn't in possession of the card. We fought hard to get our monetary system from the British and the bodies of brave soldiers held up the Rampart ( Our Flag) well I'm holding it up now! God Bless America

5 stars to ROHAN BAILEY - ONLY.
Stay away from this bank. I offer this after having just gone through a major, disastrous ordeal with them. but I'd like to offer 5 stars to Rohan Bailey for trying to fix a problem for me and my client.
If ever you need to talk to someone in this branch, he's the one. He listens and he offers intelligent explanations. He fixed a POA problem for me that should have been easier - except for my notary's mistakes (taken care of) and his co-worker which I will write about in my next review. Overall, I'd say to Rohan, "you belong in a better bank or a higher position."
Thank you for your help in finally getting this resolved after driving there 6 times from Port Saint Lucie.

I walked into this Palm Beach Gardens branch shortly before closing about a complex issue, and Mr. Edgar Santana received me with patience, kindness, and competence. He worked on the issue until past closing time and then arranged a convenient appointment for the following day -- when he spent considerable time with me to resolve the matter. Throughout, Mr. Santana was efficient, proficient, professional, competent and caring in meeting our banking needs. Whoever hired him should be congratulated.

Just joined and what a pleasure the people have been so far. I Like the options they give so much better than the other banks in the area. Security is key when dealing with money. Just reading the complaint on here. Thank you Citi bank!!!

I am very impressed impressed with Citi Bank and the longevity of its survival against other Banks merger's. It's understandable as to why. They are forerunners in fraudulent activity and the security team had advance state of the art detection in place years ago. Client confidence in the brand is Worthy of their respect. They greet you by name upon entering the building. They take their time reviewing your concerns and immediately address them. I'm baffled as to how my address was changed without my knowledge or consent. Their response alerted to changes I was completely unaware of. My account has been targeted before but now I can aggressively seek answers without any hesitation or objection. My forgive and forget approach died with my mother, God bless her.. I had concerns but love let it go. There were other sources in place for me that kept my voice and passion for its vocal sound heard. Citi Bank believed my concerns and to them they were valid. I spent 2 weeks going line by line challenging disputes. Then it was paperwork and 3 month only of reimbursement. If I didn't know how could I be ahead of the bank guidelines? Same thing as now. Technology has advanced. 5 G is faster than WiFi. 1000 towers are being erected each month. Pings can't be erased. I attempted to warn Well's Fargo of the exact same issue but I was blown off. Opinions are objective but reality is subjective. Now that I have proven my truth, I can rest my case. I alerted the FBI of this issue years ago. I was discussing my concerns with the bank President at the time. She had her computer screen open on my account. As we were talking suddenly she remarked " someone is using your card right now"! Even though I had the only card to the account in my possession a duplicate had been copied to a blank. This was pre chip. I knew Tangela Denise Martin (King) was directly involved with the betrayal of my personal information by then S.O. and fellow Veteran Albourne Alexander Rayne. I took police to the doors, filed reports only to be ignored on preconceived notions concerning my personal issues. Questions of credibility and character were assignated on baseless fallacy and mythic society perceptions. I'm certain they regret their failure to pay me attention. Real truth representative of my core values and integrity speaks who I really am. Well they're continuing the March capturing yet another bank. They robbed my account with a $4,700 overdraft charging it to Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham. Are they insane? They were secretly wiring money from my Citi Account to the Wells Fargo Bank Hazel Scott King opened behind my back and without disclosure, consent, permission or knowledge. I figured it out. The take the SIM card out of your phone and control the phone remotely. That's probably why my mother never received calls from her bank getting alert authorization for the transactions. Tangela , Raymond, James A. Poole were active co-conspirators depleting both of our accounts relatively unnoticed. Hazel is so Stupid and dumb the Deed she falsified was paid by myself at DEEDS. Com; For Real! They were siphoning the money in relatively unnoticed small denominations. I kept questioning the activity and couldn't figure it out thinking it was me. March 12, 2021 another strike on banking. Their horrific cruelty to me over these approximately last 10 years has sadistic. I have endured unimaginable mental and physical torture. I am definitely going to see the word " Crackhead " be seen as derogatory and profan. They attempted to use my medical diagnosis as humiliation and embarrassment to entertain themselves while my concerns were ignored and dismissed because of the reference of my character being attacked using Crackhead as the catalyst fueling their pack mentality. What's the difference between a Caucasian calling an African American the "N" word and what they called me? None. Both are insulting and hurtful. Had the Banks concerned themselves more protecting U.S. Department of the Treasury and not ignored truth; imagine?

My wife and I drove 2 hrs from Orlando to do some banking because Orlando has no Citibank branch. When we got there, we were helped my Mrs Jacqueline Stephens who took time out of her lunch break to make sure we got done what we wanted. She then walked us through the teller Jamilia who added an extra touch of unrivaled customer service. Those lines are to acknowledge their patience, their great attitude and the respect we were shown on that day.

I went into this office to check on some details before opening an account online. I sat for 45 minutes while three suits in the office completely ignored two others and me - never a look or a word. One had a client, the other two didn't. The first was with a client, one was simply very busy at his desk (playing a video game?), the third was there for businesses in an adjacent office, and looked the other way when he left (for lunch?). Same when he later returned. No TV, nothing to read except the wall posters.

When I got to speak with that second agent in a suit, some questions were apparently avoided with diversions and vague answers. Finally I got an explanation and answers I (thought) I understood, after asking repeatedly. The agent did not want to answer directly because he wanted to sell. I almost walked out in the middle. I should have.

After I left, I opened an account on-line. I got some temporary checks in the mail maybe two weeks later. The only one I wrote, bounced, because the numbers on the bottom were invalid. I had called several times when setting up the account, because the procedures were somewhat obscure and complicated, and there were pitfalls, as I recall. When I called about the bounced check, the response was - "Don't use them". Months later, I found out about some restrictions that I had originally asked about - my early questions had not been thoroughly answered.

When I went into that office to close the account, the teller was super. She was experienced, polite and understanding - no argument, no hassle. That's why the two stars - otherwise - one.

Do NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. The Branch manager is a horrible person and a horrible business woman.Noelia N Logarzo is unprofessional and most of all Rude…They provided me with a computer printout to get a letter of satisfaction and it was the wrong address and I had to have it overnighted and it was sent back to me cause the address was incorrect when I brought the overnight envelope back to show the back she said” that’s not my problem”……

Absolutely appalling experience. I am a professional agent/representative and end of life doula/practitioner. I delivered in person the original power of attorney for review. Keep in mind I live 4 hours away. They needed to see it in person which is a violation of Florida Statute as financial institutions are to accept electronic copies and in case any one is unaware, Florida offer remote online notarization services so those documents are always digital. I did drive down to meet in person with Murshida Uddin who immediately took the papers and spoke to the manager, Noelia. Noelia never got up to meet me or ask any questions. This was a Friday afternoon. Instantly, I could sense something amiss. My client is a multimillionaire and they don’t want his account to go else where so they can float his funds and generate interest.

The following Monday morning, the Polk Co. Sheriff’s Office is called to my clients residence as I was there to verify if I was my clients PoA as Noelia contacted PCSO to report suspected elder abuse. This also violated my clients health information (HIPAA violation). I was mortified as the neighbors see me coming out of the home being questioned like a criminal.

Needless to say, litigation is in process against Citi, Murshida, Noelia and the legal team at Citi for failing to provide me in 4 business days a decision. Today is day 7. This is another violation of Florida State Statute.

Murshida also is very rude and hangs up on you when you call.

KNOW WHERE YOU BANK AT AS THIS BRANCH and FINANCIAL INSTITUTION VIOLATES MANY STATUTES.
