Wyndham Grand Jupiter At Harbourside Place

What an excellent place for a conference! Beautiful hotel. Rooms were virtually perfect; I might think about upgrading the shower heads, but that’s trivial. The food that was catered was top shelf!

Also a comment about the staff: Josh at the reception desk was AWESOME and very accommodating! Really helpful. In addition- the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience…little things like when they are cleaning a restroom, they quickly ask if you need to enter and wait until you are set, rather than making you wait.

Whomever is managing the property and staff is doing a great job! Also the Greek and Mexican restaurants were very good, as well as the Tommy Bahama store and restaurant!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean and updated. Even the halls smelt amazing! Loved the pool and hot tub. Mark was fabulous at the bar! He remembered what I was drinking from the night before and it wasn't simple! He deserves some recognition. He went above and beyond each night we were there! We will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I hosted our Welcome Reception the night before our wedding in the beautiful indoor/outdoor Beacon Room right on the water. Colby and her entire team made planning this evening for our out-of-town guests so simple. From the food/beverage choices to the room layout, and every detail in between, it was an absolutely lovely evening. Many of our guests, including ourselves, spent the weekend here and we were all treated with such love and care by the staff. 10/10 experience!

Amazing location, Great service other than getting a morning coffee. Go down the street it will be faster (no self serve coffee, purchased only).
CJ on the dock was great and helped us get a spot although it sounds like this isn't usually available (dock service is separate than the hotel)
Bartenders we good at keeping you from getting thirsty (Thanks Mark!) with fair pricing.

Our company had an event with Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside place and it was fantastic! Kristy McMahan and her team were so helpful with all the details to make sure the day went smoothly and we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully set up. The service team was attentive, kind and helpful. Not to mention the food was delicious.

I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great experience, but tonight after traffic and an extremely long day of troubles, Sherrell Griffin the guest services supervisor saved the day. She made our experience 1000\10. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back! Everyone should enjoy a stay here.

Such a beautiful, clean hotel. Great location. Staff is amazing to deal with. Alexis Kary is so helpful in reserving our rooms for room blocks, is very attentive and responsive and I know she will always take good care of us. Joshua Bullard in the front is always greeting you with a smile and his customer service is by far the best!

This property is top notch in every category. Staff, front desk. Management. Overall it's the only place I would ever stay in that area. By far the nicest hotel. So many walkable restaurants. The mexican restaurant is a 10 !

Beautiful hotel, especially at Christmas time. Rooms are large, clean and have great views of the intracoastal and Harborside plaza. Alexis Kary helped us plan a Welcome Event for our Wedding in the beautiful Preserve Ballroom. The service & food were great! She also helped so much with our room block and her patience was so appreciated!Carlene at the front desk was so incredibly welcoming and helpful to us and our guests! Sherrell helped us check me & my husband in when we arrived for our wedding weekend and was so warm, charismatic and accommodating. Gym is well equipped. Love the bar and food service up at the 3rd floor outdoor pool.

Entire staff was awesome!!! Rooms were very clean !! Short ride to beaches !! Food and atmosphere were great . Adam and Josh and all at front desk were excellent!! Can’t forget parking attendants also !!! Overall a great experience and vacation, can’t thank them enough!!!! Highly recommended!!

An absolutely beautiful venue with something for everybody to love. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are beyond incredible, and the placement is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our are stay was absolutely incredible. From the minute we arrived to valet they unloaded our cars for us and assisted us back to our rooms without hesitation, it was the best treatment by far at the hotel I have ever experienced. Check in with super fast & Sherrell made our experience one to remember. Our rooms were beautiful & clean the hotel smelled like a Spa and the design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!! I didn’t even feel like I was in my hometown!! It was our wedding weekend, and they were so kind to us and made us feel like they were our family. They even left a card, champagne and some snacks and a hand typed out card for our wedding night signed by everyone in the hotel. I found that to be extremely personable and really meant so much to us. We went to dinner at one of the restaurants downstairs and came back to our room, cleaned for our wedding night as well and that was just a tip of the iceberg of what they did for us. They stored our cakes, my platters, and even my wedding flowers without hesitation. We are forever grateful for everything that the staff did throughout our weekend and will now be coming back every year for our anniversary because of how special it was to us. 08.12.2023

Literally best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing, they are friendly, great customer service, they go above and beyond. From Katie at the front desk during check in to the valet staff especially Rob and even house keeping.. my friend was dehydrated and wanted some gatorade, Rob went into the staff room and got her 4 cups of gatorade... just amazing!! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Gorgeous hotel on the intercoastal waterway. We stayed for a wedding and the hotel was very high end. Very clean and super friendly, knowledgeable staff. We’d definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

I am a full time resident in Jupiter. Decided to go for a stay cation at The Wyndam. Never been there.
First.....49 years in town native
Second...disappointed in Jupiter not making Harborside work like it's suppose to
Third- Wyndam gets a 5 star! Harborside can be so much more! This hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and the service is great! This hotel makes Harborside! It's so relaxing, the pool area is great, all restaurants in area are worth it. I had a great staycation in my own home town! Jupiter council and the people across the waterway need to stay here and see what Harborside can bring. I'll definitely come for another stay cation!!!
Maybe offer Jupiter residents a better price???? :)

Never realized how nice this hotel in Jupiter is, but finally had the chance to stay overnight for Labor Day! Rooftop tiki bar and pool was perfect spot to relax on my day off for the holiday. Also has a nice gym to workout, beautiful inlet views, and breakfast downstairs in the lobby.

The Wyndham Grand was the perfect venue for a wedding. Everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and we really loved the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception location options. It seemed private as the public could not walk through these areas during the event which we appreciated. The guests also loved staying at the hotel because the rooms are very nice as well. Great location. Cannot recommend enough for a wedding! Colby and Sandra were lovely to work with.

Fantastic staff and hotel! I arrived early and Adam was very gracious in finding me a room with a balcony overlooking the pool! My room was very clean, spacious and updated. Adam was also very helpful with shopping suggestions in the area. William at the bar is awesome; a masterful mixologist and so fun and easy to talk with! Josh was also very kind and helpful with finding me a snack for some late night munchies. The other staff members always had a smile and hello for anyone passing by. The hotel location is perfect and shopping is very maneuverable both by foot and car. I will absolutely stay at the Wyndham Grand the next time we are in Jupiter. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay for Relaxation! My room was Beautiful. The Balcony view over the water & the lights was amazing.
