I am very impressed with Dr. Vena and his staff. He is an old fashioned doctor who explains everything in detail on a level that is easy to understand. He is very thorough, kind and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable to ask questions. The doctor surprised me by following up my visit with a personal phone call to make sure I was t in pain. Dr Vena is an awesome doctor!!! My Mom who is 77 yrs old, had been suffering with heal pain for a
while. Had gone to a couple of doctors in NJ, and unfortunately no one listen to her. We got down
here to Jupiter, I made the appointment which was weeks away. I couldn't watch her suffer with so
much pain, I called the office back they took her the next day! Dr. Vena exam her, took the time to
listen to her, did X-rays. He knew exactly what was wrong, which was a soft boot to help her heal
better. Within a few hours she was feeling better, sleeping and blood pressure is back to normal and now is back to her old self!!! I also want to thank the staff there, they were also amazing. To Dr Vena
thank you for being such a great Doctor but also one that really cares for his patients!!

An outstanding and very knowledgeable doctor who goes above and beyond to make sure his patients receive the best care and leave his office feeling great. I truly wish more doctors loved what they did as much as Dr. Vena and practiced medicine primarily to help others. I'd give him a 10/5 if I could.

First visit with Dr. Vena. I found him and his staff to be very personable and caring. Really appreciate his sensible approach. In-office xray was convenient- results on the spot. Getting an MRI next week. Highly recommend.

Dr. Vena took an x-ray and also recommended a MRI to fully check metatarsalgia for tissue tears, cause of pain, etc. MRI identified ligament tear in no. 3. To possibly avoid surgery: he prescribed boot+orthotic (4 mos. total after periodic check-ups), then custom orthotic in regular shoes, from then on. Now, fully recovered. Previously, had visited Blanchett and Schilero. Both took x-rays and recommended surgery to repair. Neither suggested MRI. Glad I got Vena's third opinion, avoiding surgery.

I had problems 3 years ago with neuromas and the treatment worked beautifully! I went in yesterday for a different issue which was treated and I woke up pain free this morning!!! Thank you Dr. Vena and your terrific staff for taking such loving care of me! 💕💕💕

The Doctor took his time and was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my toe. I did however, have a problem when it was time to pay. The lady at the front desk charged me $108 for the Office visit. Now mind you, I have United Healthcare, (a PPO) and never paid more than a $30 co-pay for an office visit.

About two weeks later, she called me and asked if I went to to get the MRI that the Doctor prescribed and I said no. I tried to tell her that I have NEVER paid more than a $30 co-pay for a Doctor's visit when she started yelling over me. I let her talk for a minute or two until she just started repeating herself and eventually stopped talking. I started to ask her again, why was I charged $108 for an Office visit, but again she proceeded to talk over me. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. At that point, I said, lady, I hope the $108 you charged me was worth it because I am not coming back.

Synopsis - Folks, this is an ongoing problem. When doctor's knows you have very good health insurance, they will attempt to squeeze every penny they can get from you and your insurance company. It's kind of like paying for a buffet, but on the way out, you get charged ala carte prices. If you will be getting charged additional prices, don't you think you have the right to know before-hand? This then begs the question, what does a co-pay cover? Is it the "privilege" of just walking in the door? Suggestion for people reading this review. Ask what it will cost before you go to this doctor's office, or any other doctor's office for that matter.
