Cute store but super turned off by the saleswoman. Wow. Are all salespeople like this in Jupiter?!? Most definitely all sales people that work in stores in this plaza have a tendency to have the same attitude as this woman. They are in there working retail but for some reason feel the need to speak down to everyone they interact with. We were in the day before and actually purchase something but obviously that didn't guarantee good treatment today. Not nice yesterday and not nice today. At least they're consistent. If you want to spend your money with someone who treats you with respect you might need to go elsewhere. If you are desperate to give your money to someone who treats you to treat you poorly, this is the place for you.

Well..this boutique does not stand behind quality...make sure you take your purchase back immediately ..my tote is peeling on the handles after only using it twice . You would think that even if you have had it a while ..the owner would still honor an exchange over a defection. Be careful buying the plastic braided tote in large..my handles peeled and I have only used it twice. Apparently they don't care about bad manufacturing. I wasted 165.00 on a plastic purse the holds no guarantees ..a good boutique would honor an exchange due to defection no matter the length of ownership . A defection is a defection . buyer be aware..don't waste your $165.00 on the plastic braided tote..I agree with other customers ..the customer service lacks respect for people spending their money. And $175.00 is alot for a plastic purse. ...A defection is a defection..and there are two other ladies with the same problem..time is not your real problem.. quality is....nice try though trying to make sense of a badly constructed product.
