Best Western Intracoastal Inn

This is not a large modern hotel but it is clean and well maintained. The location on the Intracoastal waterway is within walking distance to fine dining, the marina and a safe beautiful walking path.
This was our second visit and we will stay there again on our next trip to Jupiter

Location, Location, Location.. best priced hotel in Jupiter FL. Great Service, A Very Clean Room with the most comfortable bed and I can’t forget to mention the pillows. Complimentary breakfast, walking path right outside the door. Beach a few blocks away. You will not regret staying here.

I am beyond thrilled with my experience here! Bill at the front desk was so funny, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We received coupons, menus, and tips about the area and all it had to offer. The room was always clean and we always had shampoo, soap, and other amenities. We loved being able to walk across the bridge in the inlet every day; it was beautiful and right in the backyard. The hotel is also a great location for all the restaurants, activities, and sight seeing around Jupiter. We'll definitely be back!

We've stayed here several times; it's a great best western property in FANTASTIC location. Right on the intercoastal waterway, with direct access to the very nice Jupiter Riverwalk, local restaurants, shops etc. (Bring your bicycle!)

The staff is always welcoming, helpful, & gracious, with a special thank you to Bill, who always has a warm smile and great tips for us....

The hotel was in a great location, not far from the beach or restaurants. It has a pool, which was clean & has “tiki huts” with seating. Room was clean but nothing special, no microwave in the room but it had a refrigerator. The microwave is in the lobby. Stayed 3 days and got new towels & trash removed daily (we asked for no service on the room which means the beds were not remade). The front desk service was great! Bill gave us helpful information on restaurants, playgrounds for my daughter & beach access that had showers. The hotel is also located on the river walk which was wonderful for the sunset! The buffet breakfast was okay, sausage, potatoes and eggs. They also had yogurt, cereal, bagels, English muffins & a waffle maker. I will definitely book again.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here! Bill (at the front desk) was very kind and friendly, and went above and beyond accommodating us. It’s too bad more establishments don’t have a “Bill” working at their front desk! I had a lovely view of the walk out to the pier, the rooms were clean, and there was a nice pool area for the kids to swim and relax. We will be staying here again!

Needed a one night stay. Location worked well. Almost done being remodelled. Our room was very nice (already updated). Reasonable rate compared to other hotels in the area!

I Don't understand the reviews that give this place a low score ... we've been staying here for a few years .. several times each year and never have I ever experienced any of the stated complaints .... the hotel is well maintained ... clean ... very fresh smelling ... dry ..no water damage .. rooms are updated with very comfortable beds ... pillows are fine ... they may be smaller but you get lots of them ... breakfast is fine ... location is excellent... staff is friendly and helpful ... so don't listen to the haters ....

Jupiter is such a cool place! Bill at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He told us about a golf cart taxi that would pick us up and take us to the Square Grouper for free, just tip the driver. The room was clean and I lucked out with a room with a view. Breakfast was good, too. Hot eggs and sausage patties asking with the usual continental fare. I really enjoyed this hotel.

Bill at the front is the best. Best location. Best prices. Anyone who complains can get a clue.

Always a great place to stay. Bed extremely comfortable and shower pressure great. The best thing is the outside back on the water and you can walk down to the yacht club,
Breakfast good more than just toast and donuts . Miss the Otis Spunkmeyer cookies at check in and also miss the best check in man Tom who sadly has past away.

This was a great stay. Great location, clean, comfortable, great price, close to so much and staff are superb. Bill is outstanding! We will be back for sure. The boardwalk on the water behind the hotel was such a great surprise. Get in pool and watch beautiful sunset.

A very clean, quiet hotel with friendly staff & right by the Intercoastal. A wonderful pathway with beautiful scenery to stroll while enjoying nature. The pool was refreshing & clean. A takeaway breakfast that was very handy as I was staying there due to work in the area. Close to restaurants & only 15-30 min to the beach depending on traffic. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing trip! I can’t say enough about this place. We waited 20 minutes for an Uber and when it finally arrived the driver would not take us because we were a party of 4. The manager Dean was so kind and knew we had to get to an event, so he drove us himself! When we got there another person that works at Best Western named Bill, was already at the location and waiting at the front of the line to get us the best seats at the Memorial Day parade! Now if that is not customer service, I don’t know what is. We will only stay here on any future visit.

We were in one of the renovated rooms, I believe as the bathroom was very nice. It was very nicely done. The only issue we felt it had were the mattresses and pillows were low quality compared to other hotels. The breakfast was basic cafeteria style food that was on the low cost/quality end. I travel and stay in a lot of hotels and It was better then I expected for a low budget hotel. The location is amazong and so is the staff. We would return in a heartbeat for another stay.

Excellent place to stay! Wonderful environment, location is great and we loved the Riverwalk behind the hotel. If you stay here, make sure to stop by the front desk and talk to Bill. He is very friendly and helpful with everything. He gave our family lots of recommendations on where to go and when.

Excellent value for price, excellent central location, easy access (but VERY quiet!) on highway, felt safe as a solo traveler. Good coffee as part of free hot breakfast, Thom at the front desk treated me like family from check-in throughout my stay. Beautiful location on the Intracoastal Waterway, nice pool, secure entrance, exits, hallways, & parking lot. Will definitely stay again when visiting family just 2 blocks down the highway.

Best Western was a great place to stay! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! Always helpful, and made the stay very pleasurable. Rooms were nice, and had a fridge and microwave that was very convenient. The breakfast was great! We also liked the pool and the riverwalk down to the bars/restaurants. It was a cozy place, and would go there again if I am ever in the area.

Wonderful! Check in was easy and definitely front end staff are a valuable resource of information and tips on dinning, shopping !! Rooms CLEAN & UPDATED, Bathroom updated quiet building, Location PERFECT! Stores,shops, dinning, all a short walk on fabulous board walk out hotels back door directly on intracoastal!
Property is older but looks to be under renovation as said our room was perfect,quiet,clean!
So many great water front dinning options with many with live music, a short Uber or walk away! Perfect location!
