I recently bought a used BMW that ended up needing more work than anticipated. I had to have the car towed unexpectedly to the shop. The team at European Motorwerks made a stressful situation as stress free as possible. Doug was very personable. The car had considerable work done and I had it back within a couple of days. There was clear communication through out the discovery process of issues and pricing was more than fair. I will continue to use them in the future.

Manny and his team at European Motorwerks are 2nd to none. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will not take my car anywhere else from this point forward.

I highly recommend Manny (owner) and their work. I took my BMW 5-series in for maintenance and they fixed my issue and even took it into the BMW dealer for campaign/recalls for me. If I had tried to do this for campaigns (no notice from BMW) they would have charged me.

The only downside is they have a very good reputation which means they are swamped. However, if you have to wait --- at least you are in good hands !!

Manny and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. Always welcoming and able to help whether it’s a repair, recall, or maintenance. And much less cost for maintenance than the Mercedes and Maserati dealers!

Manny is one of the best out there. If you have any kind of European car, they will fix it right away. They know what they are talking about! Better and cheaper than any dealership. The customer service is on point. I highly recommend them.

We used European Motowerks for the first time today. Doug was friendly, and explained everything for us. He gave the price, which we felt was fair and stuck to it. The car was ready for pick up earlier than we anticipated.

I highly recommend European Motorwerks. I originally took my BMW 335is to Bramam BMW Jupiter. They wanted to charge me $10,000 to replace the turbos. Manny at European Motorwerks properly diagnosed the real issue and charged me $1,300. Obviously, a pretty big savings. Thank you Manny!

Professionally well done clean work late. I've had 3 Mercedes and one jaguar and always had good service and knowledge on both makes

Here is my experience with European Motorwerks. I was a walk-in looking for a place to work on my Porsche. I'm actually trying to find a good independent mechanic who I can support. Maybe the guy at the desk didn't like how I looked or was having a bad day or I was interrupting something he was doing but he did not seem interested in getting a new client. Maybe they are just too busy or didn't like working on my type car (I was thinking when I was there). Not good first impression or very welcoming, but hey, mechanics are like that sometimes I supposed.
First appointment they had wasn't for three weeks. Three weeks later I bring my car in and was greeted by the same complete indifference. I even asked, "Am I still have an appointment? It seems like you weren't expect me?" I leave my car and
four days go by-- no call. I decide to drive by the place to see where my car is (maybe it's in one of the bays being worked on) and it's out in the middle of their dirt parking lot. I text to see what's the deal and am told they need more parts information from Porsche. They got me an estimate. Yes, the price was better than Porsche by $90 per hour labor--but the Porsche dealer would give me have a loaner and even wash my car.
As I was waiting pay my bill and get my car, I could hear one of their mechanics cursing up a storm about how he hates whatever car he was working on (not professional). That alone made me want to get the heck out of there.
With this place you will save money from a dealer but not that much and not as much as other good independent mechanics. Glad others had good experiences with them. However, my experience cost me 400 bucks and a month of time (for them to look at my car for a couple hours and essentially tell me what I already knew because I had an initial--not final-- diagnosis from Porsche---btw Porsche did NOT charge me for diagnosis) and a month of time.
If EMW had a diagnosis finding more things than Porsche, it was probably because the condition worsened (was a very slow coolant leak) over the months since I first took it to Porsche and not because the Porsche dealer didn't find the same things wrong. That one's on me for waiting so long.
On the plus side, the main guy, Manny (I think it was him but he never introduced himself) seems to know what he's doing. I give two stars for that.

NO stars. Charged $400 to put in a battery. Promised work done so I could get to work at 2pm. Not ready until 5pm. Lost a day's work for a $400 battery!!!! Total rip off.
