2nd Update: Updating to say that they really went above and beyond what I felt was right. Very happy with the resolution and effort they put to resolve the issue! Changed the review to 5 stars.

UPDATE: reached out to Gunnar and he handled everything well and is taking care of it. Very gracious and helpful.

Pretty disappointed. Got the Super Marlin to make sure my door jams and dash/console got cleaned. They didn’t (pictures to show). I go here frequently and it seems to have gotten worse the last few times. Out of the 5-6 people waiting for their cars I was the last one to sit down and the first one to get my car. I’ve never had that happen before. That was odd to me considering no one’s car was at the detailing station and I got the highest package possible, short of a full detail. So, I’m not sure how I was last in and first out. It looked and felt rushed to me. Would not suggest wasting your money on a high package. It seems to get the same attention and benefits as a the lowest interior wash.

As a resident of Jupiter inlet, I came in with all day sun baked car covered in spots and road dirt, I paid for the top of the line Exterior wash and detail, 89.The had an exterior option that seemed great for 49? Or < I believe, good for people who go more often than twice a year like myself. Also there was a deal at 89 for exterior + interior and lots more, but my car was quite full of Beach supplies, bags what not.

Not only did they buff it back to almost perfection, my wheels look slicker than the photos I looked at to buy the car. On top of that, they graciously cleaned my floor mats at interior windows, dash/ mirror wipe etc. Right on!!

Walking into the the shop I was taken back, couldn’t keep my mouth shut from the shock. It’s a boutique!! Full of yeti products, party supplies for ladies tee time or on the way your gals party, travel books, and some picture ready pricey nice ladies clothing and beach accessories.

Don’t worry guys there’s a sitting area with drinks for sale or my favorite the outdoor tiki hut full of super nice adirondack chairs to watch your baby get pampered.

Great location with its own light to turn back into the busy intersection, so safe to say…. I’ll be back!

One of the best car washes that I have ever been to. Car loves it too! Inside and outside immaculate after they are done Free coffee and cappuccino etc. Interesting shopping. Place is immaculate as well. They treat their employees well and it's obvious as they keep working there. They also do the extras like detailing and waxing. Fair pricing. My go to place

Great place! They take care of my BMW’s when I don’t have time to wash them myself, and are very patient with my OCD requests. Also be sure to talk with Gunner if you want dents taken out of your cars. He’s amazing and leaves no dent un-fixed.

I wanted to try out the minor dent repair service they offer as I needed to sell my car. I dropped it off in the morning and left it for a couple hours. The car had probably 10 minor dents total. Not only did they have it done quickly but it looked as good as new. I would absolutely recommend them based on how well they took care of me.

I recently moved to Jupiter and have checked out 3 of the carwashes. The Jupiter Inlet Carwash offers the best value and service for your money. I have been there 6 times in two weeks and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Staff always does a great job of cleaning and drying car.
I would recommend this carwash to anyone in the Jupiter area.

Hands down the best car wash in the state of FL. The employees provide exceptional service. Mervin and Gabriel (managers) are extremely friendly and will always go above and beyond to make sure your experience here is nothing short of 5 starts. I signed up for the unlimited monthly car wash plan about two years ago and it is well worth the money. I highly recommend Jupiter Inlet Car wash to anyone who wants a spotless car. I typically take my car to get cleaned 4X/month. The employees of JICW make me feel as though I am family.

I got a great car wash here and the guys are all professional and very sweet. The girl at the register didn’t tell me I had to keep my receipt so I threw it away and had to dig it out of the trash to give it to the guys. Ugh but other than that they did a wonderful job

After being unhappy with my experience the owner reached out to me and offered a redo on my car. Not only did they redo the interior but they upgraded to a full detail. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. They did a fantastic job this time around and I couldn’t be happier!
