Not only do you get to meet the coolest mascot in town, AKA Rigger the golden retriever, but you'll also work one on one with the coolest people in town! We had a lapse in insurance coverage on our home and didn't even know it due to a refinance. Tripp asked me if He could help us in any way to get better coverage and as soon as he researched, we were shocked to find we went through hurricane season WITHOUT coverage. That's scary! He came to the rescue and secured us a perfect rate within days! We have since used Jupiter Tequesta Insurance for other needs and have not been disappointed by their diligence to beat all prices and find the best quote possible. We highly recommend them to everyone. If you're not interested in insurance right now, at least get to know them and your local business folks. They'll take care of you when you need it most!

Tripp is extremely unprofessional! After switching agencies, due to Tripp not getting back to us after I asked to shop for us, he was nasty to not only our new agency but to me!!! If he would have just responded or TRIED to find a different policy for us instead of trying to make us stay where we were I would have never had to shop other agencies.THE WORST PART is that after canceling with him he took it upon himself to contact our new carrier to make it seem like we needed to pay more on our policy and that our current agent messed up.(which according to my new agent and carrier, he was wrong)So be careful using him because he’s vindictive and will go through hoops after you cancel to try to screw you. All because I was trying to get him to shop policies which fell on deaf ears. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I think the nature of the lengths he went needs to be told for anyone thinking of using him!

Remember that you have options. Tripp, the owner or “face” of the insurance agency leaves a great deal to be fulfilled. He quickly reminded me of the insurance salesperson stereotype I grew up with. Slightly dirty and seeking the highest commission. As a sales a manger within a fortune 100 company, I am trained to read people immediately. I can’t put my finger on it, yet every gut instinct alarm has been sounded and I knew this was not a place my family could do business any longer. Edie Haskell comes to mind for those of you that ever watched leave it to beaver. Thank you Tripp Wagner for reminding me how valuable my instinct is and saving me the frustration of doing business with jupiter-Tequesta insurance for a minute longer.
