The best music store I've ever been to the staff is so friendly and courteous. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a guitar there and an amplifier, and the 🎸 just wasn't working for me. They gave me full credit after returning it. And I got something that I really love. They also have the best quality inventory and so much of it. Very honest company!

We have lived here since 2017, but finally visited this store for the first time a couple of months ago. This is by a million miles the best music store in the area that I know about. The inventory is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. If you love guitars, this is a great place to shop!

I came in seeking help with my new cello that I did not purchase from this store. I’m a brand new beginner to cello and needed assistance tuning it. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was very kind and even took his time to explain to me what he was doing so I could do it at home myself. The store is neat and clean and everyone was smiling. I don’t play guitar but the ones they had in the store looked absolutely gorgeous and well kept! I live about 40 mins away so it’s a tiny bit of a drive for me but I went in the store months prior to look around and I came back because I remembered that I really liked the store. Although it was a simple visit today, I’ll definitely be back for future business!

Came in after I was directed to them from Guitar Center and couldn't have been happier. While I didn't purchase anything they went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a specific guitar. A PRS 594 SC core line. They didn't have one but went as far as checking future inventory coming to see if they had one coming while I would be in town. They did not but the care they took to try and help made me a customer anytime I'm in the area.

I reached out to them for a local shipping question, I was told they would be open for a few hours on Sunday and I could stop by to pick up a pioneer ddj flx6. The owner was extremely helpful and very courteous. Showed me around the store. I ended up buying the dj controller and 2 KRK Rockit 8 while I was there. Place is amazing and no one does it better...Thanks guys, You Rock...

WHAT a wonderful day at Total Entertainment in DB, FL. We came on a mission to get "THE" perfect birthday guitar for our soon-to-be 16 year old son. Dave, our very knowledgeable store associate helper, was patient and knew EVERYTHING about, well, everything!...brands, background, hooking up components and taking them apart, maintenance, you name it. We were there for about 2 hours and left with one happy lad and his new Fender guitar (in daphne blue, Dave reports!). Thank you Total Entertainment...we'll no longer be going to the "other place" in Daytona for musical equipment and supplied. Total Entertainment is, now, our "go to"!

I was referred to Total Entertainment by one of their competitors, Guitar Center. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and was to directed to their repair tech, Terry. This guy couldn't have been nicer, a very cool dude. He told me to check with him on Thursday, today is Monday, to find out if my repairs were complete. Approx 90 minutes later I got a call from him. "Guitar is ready, is playing great, and I treated the fretboard for you." Simply Awesome experience. Today is Monday, I'm bringing Terry my Fender Newporter for a Platinum Setup on Wednesday. Won't go anywhere else...Ever!

Have been in on several occasions now. Always greeted and taken care of in a friendly and professional manner, never pushy. Staff is very helpful. They have a great selection and very reasonably priced. Gives you that mom and pop type vibe instead of big corporate music store feel. I won’t go anywhere else.

We were there for strings... every employee there asked us if we needed help.
(Nobody goes to a music store just to see the strings.)

Thomas and Michael helped me through my purchase of a Les Paul and a Martin acoustic guitar, both of them set up my guitars to my exact desired specs immediately and were very attentive. I will be going back with each guitar and seeing when I want adjustments made after playing.

Their prices are impossible to beat and the owner is a veteran who works with veterans.

Would give 6 stars if there was an option.

This place used to be lame and now it's awesome. Whoever decided to start stocking the store with the good brands and good quality stuff saved this store. Also staff was super helpful and nice

I buy my harmonicas here only because of the wonderful Asian lady that could upsell me anything, even if it meant giving blood to get some more money. Everything hohner and some Lee Oskar stuff as well, guitar city blows and their door handle came off last time I was there. Sure, this place has worse than banker hours, but hey, technically, a real musician shouldn't have a day job and nothing to do, but go here.

What a nice music store! Great service. Forget GC, product selection is far better here. Bought an envelope filter pedal for 50 bucks less than in Finland. That's where I live. I'll check the store again while visiting next time in Daytona Beach. Just put more visual fascia on the wall!

Wherever I go, I go to the local music stores. This is a great store. They have a large selection of all levels of gear and a very knowledgeable, personable and attentive staff. Their prices are very fair. I am from out of town and they spent a lot of time with me figuring out the best way to get the guitar I purchased home. I would DEFINITELY go there again. Now all they need to do is create a website so out of town folks like me can shop there any time.

Stopped by on my way back to Ohio and the have a huge selection of instruments and accessories. They have amazing prices compared to my hometown in ohio and was able to purchase a PRS for over $100 cheaper than where I live and their staff was very helpful assisting me in which guitar I should buy, if your looking to get your first instrument or if pro looking for something new they have anything and everything you need. Will definitely be visiting again next time I'm nearby!

I contacted this store on reverb the night before Thanksgiving regarding an amplifier. The owner (I assume) was extremely helpful and responsive when it would be understandable that he wouldn’t be. He even responded to my message on Thanksgiving evening. While I decided to go with a different amp they didn’t have in stock I was very impressed with the friendliness and care the store offered. Other store owners that promised to respond regarding a guitar I was interested in never followed up or bothered. 5 stars and I will continue to check this store FIRST for music items I’m interested in even if I have to pay more for shipping vs a local vendor. Customer service matters most. Thanks!
