Great utilization of under bridge space. Boardwalk, docks, floating docks, multiple launch areas, large parking lot. Tons of birding. Restrooms, trash bins, pjn nice tables, informational signage, outdoor shower, water/table for cleaning. Multiple entrance/exits so access from either side of Dunlawton.

The 2 main ramps accommodating 4 concurrent boats are pretty nice and come lined with rubber bumpers so you generally don't have to worry about damage. They have public bathrooms, the parking is free and it's a popular place to fish.

From here on the Halifax River, you can launch your water craft or fish from the shore or the docks. Plenty of parking. It’s all free!
Today we came here to kayak and fish from the shore. No luck fishing, but it’s nice to sit while we wait, because the views are endlessly beautiful from here.

Really nice boat ramps for all size of marine craft. Great for fishing off pier, and picnicking as a family! Closely watched, and maintained public park.

Nice place. Needs a little cleaning but they can't help what washes up from the ocean. Only we can. Dolphins swam and played very close by us. Saw a sea turtle. We were in kayaks. The current wasent too bad and plenty of places to look at. We went 4 miles and stayed very close to the boat ramp. And had plenty to look at and do

Really chill place to fish..there's 2 peirs. One next to the road and one under the bridge..Both are good sun-up sun down when the tides change.Blue fish under the bridge and catfish and sea trout in the shallow pier.Good for rubber tramps on the road as it's open 24/7 and has bathrooms.
Thanks

This is one the prettiest places around. The view is breath taking and the Sunsets our amazing. Great fishing, Restaurants are a stone throw away. Icecream shop near bridge. Higley recommended!

Good fishing. Love the new dock. Appreciate the Gazebo when the rain visits and the 24 hour bathrooms. Love to catch a peek at the dolphins here.

Go to fishing pier for locals especially the seasoned anglers at night. TON of catfish (that's because you can hand feed them at the waterfront restaurants just to the east and the adjacent boat dock boats discard scraps there also) but well known spot to catch big black and red drum, flounder, ladyfish, whiting, bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, flounder, tarpon, sharks; bonnet, spinner and blacktip, stingrays eel and more

Good entertainment when a husband and wife try and launch or recover a boat together and neither one of them know what they’re doing. Great parking here and it has frequent patrols by law-enforcement. Good fishing in the current underneath the bridge the bathrooms are public so you know what to expect. Overall a good place to enjoy some fishing world to launch your boat or just for some good entertainment to watch people at the boat ramp.

Easy unload and load area, not littered at all. NOTE: Room to load/unload 4 boats at a time, if you know what you are doing.

Nice place to to fish or just relax. Very clear with public bathrooms. Don't listen to your friends buy a fishing licence or have your free permit if you're a resident it is patrolled.

A great place to take the family fishing. They have a lengthy pier to fish off of complete with rod holders. Thier is a boat ramp, bathrooms, and a covered pavilion with picknick tables. A wide variety of fish is caught off of this pier including sharks. A different times of day you can watch dolphins play and go after big pods of bait fish for dinner. Thier is a bait and tackle shop on the opposite side of the parking lot on the other side of the bridge. The bait shop is within walking distance. They have a refreshment pavillion listed, however it was not open the two days I was there. So I'm not sure what times of year that is available. Thier is a small lunch and breakfast shop right next to the bait shop if you get hungry.
