Jessica was great the first time. Fixed a terrible mess. However, the next two original visits did not go as hoped. I left with brassy roots and told her they were. It took FIVE weeks to get her to fix it. She canceled multiple times. Then in my last visit, I went in with super blonde hair. I said I wanted that same color with a FEW darker pieces. I left with baby poop brown hair on top and all blonde underneath. It was 9:30 at night when I left. I was too mad to have it fixed immediately but text her and she didn’t reply til the next day. I didn’t pay all that money to be blonde to have it ruined. She refused to try to fix it and refunded my money. She did the right thing there, but refusing to even try to fix was wrong. She also wouldn’t tell me my previous color formula. She takes way too long. Got there at 4:30 and was there til after 9:30 for a partial foil. The time before was 5 hours too. Talk less and work more.
