Friendly and fast. These ladies are so helpful and personable. I've banked with FFB for many years and love the smaller branches most because of their personable atmospheres. Wendy, Dowling Park's Branch Manager, is my personal go-to for any major questions or happenings with personal and business accounts. She's very knowledgeable and, when required, points me in the appropriate direction for answers/solutions. Thank you to Wendy and the DP Branch employees for being you and being great at what you do!!

This is a PRIVATE owned bank that is there to make money using your money. That’s what banks do. Don’t expect it to be a credit union, online bank etc.

The employees here are nice. That being said. Don't use the First Federal Bank of Florida. Their customer support is absolute trash. They don't know what they are doing. They have idiots working for them, who barely understand English.
