Everyone is always so friendly here. Had surgery for cancer biopsy. Great Dr. I go to both locations.

Ive been a patient for 3 1/2 years.Very caring Drs and staff.Never a problem with scripts,etc....Snow Bird season is busy....As a permanent resident , I love to see them go,life is great from Mid May-October.....less over crowding in all community aspects..

Had appointment today for my husband and I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. ARNP Diane Gellermann was awesome. When we left, I let the front desk girls know I thought they were the friendliest Dr office I'd ever been in. Thank you all.

I had a total emergency right before the weekend. They took me in last minute. The doctor was super professional and friendly! Thank you so much!!

I love this office and everyone there EXCEPT some rude woman that works at the front desk. I don’t know her name because she never cares to tell you but she is the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. She always speaks down on you with attitude. I called about something and she gave me attitude so I replied defending my self for being spoken to like that and she got angry and HUNG UP ON ME. The worst employee there and this office needs to replace her. I would give them 5 stars if it wasn’t for her.

Dr CJ is AMAZING!!! Best doctor I've EVER had! Great personality! Really makes you feel comfortable. :)

This office advertises walkins welcome but they don’t accept them. So posting review so others know don’t go there for an urgent care walk in visit.

Beyond horrible customer service! I wouldn’t waste your time making an appointment. Not friendly and hung up the phone on me several times while I was the middle of talking.

They are more concerned about their personal individual feelings than the immediate needs of the patients.
I've never had my meds mishandled in such a disorganized or offensive way.
Don't get upset when they don't understand the infrastructure that they are dealing with and as a result you run out of medicine.

Don't be upset when you get hung up on three or four times.
Don't be mad when they refuse to do the compassionate thing, the right thing. They are too busy to listen and not trained how to do do the proper thing, and leave you hanging. That seems to be the paradigm at this office.
I gave them 10 months to get my basic everyday necessary meds in order, but even with the aid of my Medicare mail order prescription plan they still managed to repeatedly make errors.
Pretty disgusting. This is the current state of affairs in medicine.
To those of you in the field doing a good job I say Bravo!

This place is a dump. You expect me to pay 100 dollars for a covid test just to come in to be seen for post nasal drip. This ridiculous.

ABSOLUTLY HORRENDOUS OFFICE, BEWARE!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1. This office is absolutely trying to get every dollar from you that they can and then will get upset with you for asking questions. They will bring you in for unnecessary visits that could’ve been done on the phone (because it was for a single question and I was there literally less than five minutes) and then refuse to explain why they did that.

The front desk girl always has an attitude and you will without a doubt be on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to anyone. The billing lady Wendy doesn’t feel it’s necessary to answer patient questions and will just send you bills repeatedly instead expecting your to just pay and shut up. In her words “she doesn’t have enough time to answer patient questions” literally word for word what she told me. So she just ignores any messages left for her. I reached out very nicely 2 times just trying to understand which billing code was used and no one could provide that nor will they give you a call back even after promising they will. I told them multiple times I have no problem paying the bill I would just like to understand exactly what it was for. Finally when I was able to get ahold of the billing lady Wendy after again waiting weeks for a call back she just told me that “I should find a new provider” and was extremely condescending. Which is such a shame because the Dr. was lovely and I would’ve loved to keep seeing her.

They will try and get you to take genetic tests and say it’s covered under insurance and then when you call it’s actually going to cost you $300. Do not trust the prices they give you!!! They aren’t patient-centered they only care about getting every dollar they can. I wish I had listened to the reviews before trusting a place like this - big mistake.
