Reed Canal Park

Beautiful park under canopy of trees. Dog park is fairly nice but is largely dirt, probably because of high traffic and shade. Walking trail is very nice. Bring peanuts and hold still and squirrels will approach and take them from your hand.

We had a wonderful experience at this park! Kids were happy, and the older kids were more than happy to play with the little kids. There was plenty of shaded areas, parking, pavilions, as well as a disc golf course, a separate dog park, walking trail with beautiful views of the pond. Playground was nice just needed a few repairs.

It's a really nice park to live right up the street from! My husband and I come here often and enjoy long walks around the lake and forested areas. Lots of wildlife, nice sidewalk/trails, family friendly. It's fun to see the disc golfers having a good time. Beautiful any time of day. The squirrels and ducks are friendly and cute as heck. Nice place to see the migratory birds too. We plan on getting a dog soon and will definitely take it here for walks, plus there is a dog park area! Come here to stretch your legs on a peaceful stroll. Two parking areas; one off Reed Canal, the other off of Nova. Enjoy!!💖

Relaxing, great place for kids to burn energy, good for dog walk. They have activities like movies, Christmas activities, Halloween activities. Kept clean so help support it to stay clean clean up after your animals and your family.

Love love love sitting by the lake and seeing all the nature that surrounds me. It's great for walking around too & you can feed the ducks & birds. Really nice park. Had an amazing time today 04/01/23 at the Easter Egg hunt with the family. They had a petting zoo too. Great park full of family fun.

Amazing disc golf course. Very well maintained. The are two restroom 🚻 facilities at this park. There is a nicely fenced-in area for dogs. As well as a small kids' playground.

I love this park! There is a nice paved walkway around the park, a nice play area for the kids, bathroom facilities, water fountain, disc golf course around the park, multiple pick nick areas, football field and a dog play area! It is a wonderful park for the whole family!

Nice big park. Lots of walking paths, ponds, pavilions, fields.

Love to walk my pup here. It’s pretty, clean, has paved and sandy walkways, and even a doggie door water fountain.

This is a well maintained park with lots of places to park in shade. Nice place to take a walk.

Went for a walk with family had a nice time. There's a pond with turtle's and ducks even squirrels! The park has cook out places and bathrooms too.

What a fun historic park. Picnic areas, play ground and disc golf. I even found a Fairy garden. I love the wildlife.

So happy to have found a friendly dog park. No judgy humans, and humans that actually watch their pups. Great place to run out that extra energy!

A peaceful park. There is some road noise on the west side near Nova Road. I enjoy the sunrise and sunset here. Disc golf course is fun. Many trails and bathroom facilities with signage. Great wooded area for pets and families.

My 2 year old loves this park. There are plenty of different slides, things to climb, and so many fun friends to play with!

Very nice with picnic tables a children's play area that is well removed from the quiet area around the water with benches to sit and read a dog park and even a large area that you can play Frisbee all separated so the different uses do not interfere with each other an A+ Park.

Very well maintained beautiful area to walk around. Seeing the birds while playing was a nice added treat while I was playing. And I must say having a drinking fountain there was an awesome treat while playing!!

We frequently visit this park. It has a nice dog park, frisbee golf course, beautiful landscape for photos, a sweet walking area with a lake and a great playground with restrooms and a nice book box to enjoy. Highly recommend.
