Ed Waldens Bar

Decided on my Birthday to go to neighborhood bar. And I had a good time. The barmaid Bunny is the absolute best. So friendly I felt like I'd been knowing her for years. Prices are very reasonable, they don't serve food so eat before or after you visit. Even the customers were super friendly. I was skeptical about going but I'm so glad I did. I will be returning and I will highly recommend Walden's Bar for a day or night visit with friendly people and staff.

Well, it’s a biker bar. Beer is cheap. Smokey on the inside, but they’ve got a nice outdoor area with picnic tables. We love it, but it’s not for everyone. People are laid back, relaxed, and easy going. If you know, you know, but it can be intimidating for some. We live on a boat, so… we know. 🤣

A hidden gem. Very friendly local crowd including the staff. They have free pool and a cornhole tournament on Sundays. They also have pool tournaments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a good turn out usually.

This is a great example of a neighborhood bar that also qualifies as a "dive bar".. perfect for the local crowd, safe, and mostly welcomes new faces as long as you follow the rules and are respectful.
But there's a family I've witnessed grow over the years and I'm simply happy to come in on occasion for a few beers and a game of pool! No complaints!

The night I went, they were having a pool tournament. The locals were great, and the bartender was awesome. Good selection of beer. Great atmosphere anytime of the day/night.

We stopped here because of the high ratings and we needed to eat up some time. Felt at home immediately, staff is friendly! Drinks are limited to cold beer and wine... At very very reasonable prices! We will return just for the atmosphere next time we're down that way!

Cool little family bar in Daytona.

Michelle is the best bartender ever! So sweet and so nice. The crowd was very friendly and the jukebox is the best! At first I thought it looked a little hanky, but you go in and you’re welcome to whether you drive a motorcycle or a Cadillac!

I love this bar!! I have never had a bad time there. Everybody is friendly and having some fun. They have a great pool tourney on Wed. Nights. Really good shooters. They have a Cornhole. Competition on Sunday afternoon. The owner Kaitlyn is awesome!! She is carrying on the Waldens tradition and doing a great job.

Always a great time at Waldens. The owner is too much fun and everyone there makes me feel like I'm home. Love ridin the Harley over there. Super bike friendly. And not to mention the beer is cold and cheap!

What a great little bar. Everyone very friendly. Just in town for a few days & stopped by. Can't say enough nice things about this place - really enjoyed my 3 beers there. Great service from a very friendly bartender.
Place has a pool table & touchtunes jukebox & a few other games at the back.

Ed Waldens is a quaint little bar near the south end of Beach St. in Daytona. Ice cold, very reasonably priced beer. Good little Hamburg, hot dog, sausage bbq out back ( I don't know if it is there all of the time). Lots of very cool old Scholl bikes and people hang out there. It is definately a destination if your in Daytona.

I never been inside, I stopped a few times during Bikeweek for some of the best bar b que I have had since my last visit to Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse New York. This may have been better. These guys know how to bbq! Only available during Bikeweek and Biketoberfest. See you in October!

Always a good time at Waldens. Bartenders are great and people are friendly!

A very KOOL neighborhood bar. Very popular with the bikers. A former gas station from years gone by. A must visit. Pool table, corn hole and a friendly bar tender. What else do you need, besides the cold beer.

If you have never been to this bar you are definitely missing out the locals make you feel like family there's one pool table but that's okay if you don't know how to play come in there and you'll know how before you leave or at least have a few tip it's a family atmosphere bar anyone can walk in off the street and fit right in
