Kaley made sure to explain all the membership plans & additional treatments. Once I decided she inserted the IV and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She was professional although comforting!! A real help pleasure when I needed a boost.

Had a really great experience with Beverly! She was so kind in walking me through everything they offered and even sat down with me for 20 minutes to explain all services and go through all the whole procedure. She made me feel very informed and after our first session I'll be coming back!

I always have a great experience here! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they make sure that your comfortable. It’s the perfect location for me to be able to get my B-12 shots during my lunch break and I’m always in and out quickly. Keep up the great work Vitalounge! Wow is this place awesome. Everyone makes you feel right at home. I thought this would be an uncomfortable experience but it was not at all uncomfortable. The best part is the difference I felt within hours of IV therapy. I have autoimmune issues and I thought I would try it before I went to the ER with this flare up I’m having. The difference I feel in less than 24 hours is absolutely amazing. Inflammation and pain went from a 5 to a 1 out of 10. I feel so great now my husband wants to do it. Thank you for a great service and for making my experience so comfortable.

This was my 2nd visit and the nurses were great. I had a few questions and they helped me choose an extra IV based upon my issues. Provided bottle water and blanket for the reclining chair. Soothing back ground noise and took a nap. If you are unsure, it’s worth a try for sure. At least for the blanket and bottle water. :)

Mom and I started going to the Lake Mary one because mom broke her ankle and couldn’t climb the Winter Park location stairs. They are so kind and patient with us as seniors. We feel great after getting our vitamin IV. Our blood test results have greatly improved and I attribute it to the IVs we’re getting.

10/10 experience. Katheryne and Kaley provided outstanding service. I very very rarely leave reviews on anything but this was deserving. I was having a less than optimal day, and that all changed after visiting here. Very kind and professional; knowledgeable about the services and the business and answered any question I had. Just a pleasure to be around such kind staff. Will definitely be visiting again. Cheers.

I had THE best experience with Kaley and Alyssa yesterday. It was my first time going to an IV clinic and I was very impressed. They were able to get me back right away and took great care of me while I was there. I’m looking forward to next month’s treatment because I know they’ll get me feeling better.

Kaley was a great nurse! She explained everything to me and made me feel super comfortable. Kaley is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She knows what she's doing and is always smiling.

Did a few months here for IV & peptides. Kayley is great! The specials super worth it. I seriously used every single one of their black Friday deals. Clean space and supportive staff.

I had the BEST experience EVER getting an IV done here! Kaley and Katheryne were so helpful and kind, and they walked me through the entire process in such detail. I needed something to help get back on my feet after being sick, and whatever they gave me had me feeling like I could lift the building! I will 100% be back.

Such professional and highly effective care. I am an extraordinarily difficult individual for which to identify and stick a vein. Have been to other locations where they have stuck me 2 to 3+ times, wiggled the needle all around to locate a vein, and left me black and blue for weeks afterwards. At the Lake Mary location, which I travel quite far to get to, they do it with absolute ease on the first try, and with no pain. So grateful for their excellence.

Second time here after vomiting for 24+hrs from a migraine. Kayley is amazing. I'm usually a hard stick, especially being dehydrated! She got the IV on the first try, set me up in a private room, and even said we'd discuss payment and paperwork after since I was already in their system. I can't recommend them enough, and they're having a great special right now for membership! I signed up and know it's worth it just after today's visit! Give them a look...stressed, overworked, nightshift worker ✋, marathon recovery, they can help with it all! 12/10 stars ☺

Very amazing experience.. I came on a Sunday, Jan 28 and it was very relaxing.. The ladies were EXTREMELY generous with the information and was very patient. Definitely worth starting a membership. See you in a few weeks!

Haven’t been feeling great since last month, went and saw these beautiful ladies yesterday and had the best experience. I feel so much better today, and will be definitely be back! 💕
