I always shop at this GameStop (Orlando drive). The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, specially Nick and Mike. Yes, sometimes you have to wait to be checked-out, nowadays people do not like waiting but GameStop does trade-ins and these transactions take some time to process.

This guy helped me without question and took my receipt and didn’t hesitate to question my warranty and gave me the brand new item that’s supposed to come under warranty like it says under certain circumstances And the item was. I just have to say it was very pleasant and nice and I will come back just because of the friendly nice staff. Thank you guys so much.

We came here because the computer said they had an item in stock. When we arrived, the item was nowhere to be found. The employees here dedicated so much time and effort to finding it, then, made sure to find a store that did and have it shipped to them. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our product. Awesome employees. Will definitely come back here.

We have shopped at quite a few Florida Gamestop locations and other game stores, as well, but have to say this particular store is our favorite. They recall us when we walk thru the door and actually treat us as (gasp!) Valued Customers! Staff has been candid about game content and it possibly being inappropriate for my child, even tho it cost them a quick sale. But in the long run this has earned my loyalty, and as the one who pays the check, that is what counts. They have been pro-active in getting us signed up for pre-releases, and have been nice about sharing promo materials, too. Even tho there are closer game sellers, this is where we choose to go.

Gamestop is a great place to get disc games new & used, and gaming related equipment and merchandise. Gamestop is a favorite of mine!

Great experience, I had some old games to trade in and it was easy. The staff was extremely patient as well so that helped.

Ive liked gamestop since i was little, the thrill of going in, 20$ in hand to get me a cheap gamecube game, the service was good here and i got my games cheaper than normal, would recommend to others.
