I had to call the store for directions since I've never been to this Hollister before. They explained to me where they were located and I went to pick up my order. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.😄❤

For the few times I go to shop, Hollister is my go-to! From the moment I walk in the doors there are people ready to help. My last visit Zac was extra helpful when I couldn’t find the jeans I ordered online for a new size. He made it stress free and easy. Thanks again, Zac!

Lately I've noticed there selections seem so much better! They have sizes xs-xxL almost every time I'm there now. I wish they had more choices for plus size clothes but compared to just a few years ago it is amazing seeing the direction they are heading!

Yadieliz is great and she helped me pick jeans just 10 mins before my flight. She was super kind and quick at her job.

one of your workers, i think her name was victoria? she was very helpful! she helped me find the right size jeans & showed me a trick where you put the jeans around your neck to estimate the fit. very happy with my experience she was really welcoming, will come back soon.

Very very nice store with a lot of different clothing. They had great prices and some additional discount sales on items that were on clearance. The staff was super friendly and courteous and willing to help at any moment. Definitely would go back.

I came into the store with an exchange from an online purchase. This was my 1st time shopping at Hollister. So I was confused on the sizing but as soon as Jasmin came up to me asked if I needed help? I looked at her with that yes please face! She went above and beyond to help me. Then jumped Anna with options as will and help with the exchange and then came Zac to help and make sure I was a happy with the exchange. These 3 sale reps went the extra mile! If I had my own company these 3 are what I would look for customer service! Thank you again for your help, I well be back!

The staff was very friendly. I wanted to get a single gift and get out. I showed one of the employees a picture from my phone, she went right to it, I got checked out right away and got free box for wrapping.

Love Hollister..... Being a gold member this is the only place I but my son's clothes from. Best place to shop online, they have good prices on clearance items and I always get money off switching my points for them
