WOW! Carmen and Vinnie did a super job in solving our complicated drainage/vent issue and mysterious leaking in the kitchen sink. I was finally able to run the washer without it backing up and no more "gurgling" coming from the kitchen sink when running the washer. They surely are a dynamic duo and proved to me that not all superheroes wear capes! Fair pricing, honesty and integrity and good hard work. Thanks so much!

This is the second time I've had work done by Bill Shafer Plumbing. The first time I had them replace my fixtures, all went well; this time I had a leak that needed addressing. I left a message with the job details and my information, Vinnie got back to me ASAP and was able to sort me out. Resonable pricing, great work, and great customer service. I recommend them and will use them again.

On labor day Sunday, my son was cutting the lawn and he knocked the outside faucet off. I was in Deltona and called Bill Shafer plumbing. by the time I got home the plumber was almost finished. what a professional team of people. I had them out to fix my kitchen faucet another quick and professional job.

We called for an emergency and within 20 minutes Carmen was at our house in no time ready to get to work. He was professional and very nice. We were so surprised when he pulled up. He had all the parts he needed and was able to fix our issue within an hour. Will use them again for sure and would highly recommend this company and Carmen.

Overall outstanding service from calling to make an appointment to punctuality to knowledge of work being done and a fair price to top it off, the guy that made the appointment was very nice and help fit me in the office busy schedule, then the service techs, Carmen and Vinnie, arrived on time had excellent knowledge of my issue and completed the work in a timely manner surprisingly left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Smaller, family-owned company but VERY HONEST and with *more than fair* pricing to boot! They have less guys but their work is QUALITY and that's what truly matters! The guy who answers the phone (Vinnie) is very helpful, informative, and always very kind! HIGHLY recommend Bill Shafer Plumbing!!!

Eric helped out my restaurant last week and was amazing! He answered right away and we set up a time for him to come, which was the next day. He was so kind & professional and was able to quickly fix our faucet. Definitely recommend!

Attempted to put a new trim kit on a shower that is original to the building (40 years old). Twisted off the front of the control. Called Bill Shafer plumbing Sunday night, got a return call within an hour. Cliff called to say on the way at 8:45 am on Monday (next day) and promptly replaced with new shower valve. I'll use them again!

Very happy with their service and can only recommend. I was referred to them after having to pay for estimates by several other plumbing companies after my handyman told me he could not do the job for me. I called, had a free estimate is 48 hours and was told when they could be here to do the work. They were on time, clean and I had the feeling they went way beyond what the had promised to do. Carmen was great and even stopped by the following day to check if all was okay. He discovered a unrelated problem and fixed it without charge extra. I will use them again should the need arise! Nice to have someone dependable to call.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. Mr. Schafer answered my call promptly and treated me very professionally. He gave me a more than fair estimate and had a technician at my home in hours. The technician absolutely knew what he was doing and had everything he needed on his service vehicle. He completed the job in a couple of hours and left the premises clean. I was very surprised that Mr. Schafer called me personally after the job was completed to make sure everything was good and if I had any questions.
It was more than good. Everyone I talked to with this company cared enough to make sure I had hot water that night. And all I did was call for an estimate. I wish all local businesses would act as professional and responsible as Schafer Plumbing.

We had a leaking out door spigot. We called Bill Shaffer Plumbing, and they came out to replace it (others that we called weren't able to fix the problem). It was done in short amount of time and it looks great! Price was affordable and very professional job. Well done! I highly recommend!!

Bill Schaffer plumbing did an excellent job for us. We had a house fire and some of our pipes melted underneath, Bill Schaffer plumbing came out and did a great repair job on the sewer lines and then found some other lines that were melted in the water feed so they took care of them. Carmen and Rob the two technicians were very courteous and professional and made sure the job was done correctly The first time. I will definitely use Bill Schaffer plumbing in the future. The nicest guy came out to my house. His name was Carmen. He just did everything he could to do the extra and not the minimum. Really relieved my stress about the situation.
