Had a return it went very smooth. She was very kind not rude like some of Citi Trends employee. Did a lot of shopping the have different items I did purchase because these type of items will not be in the store where I live. The place wasn't messy 😁👍. I was asked if I need help took me by surprise they usually don't ask you that that was very nice.

Finally, I found a place in both my sons, like for reasonable prices. I love it too for females of all sizes shapes, and I will be back every week, and I will recommend to everyone

The staff is ghetto as hell I am sorry to say it but they can do better. I am just used to better customer service. Overall my experience was good.

I am a long time shopper of this location, but with the new covid rules I didn't know what to expect. They are doing an awesome job, making sure everyone wears masks and uses hand sanitizer. (Non covid related review: Their staff are always nice and helpful and great selection of clothes!)

Incredible deals, up to date clothing selection, and the staff are very helpful. The dressing rooms are clean and large. I found more than a few things and I am thick plus tall 💋😍. Versatility is huge here!

I love citi tends lol they are cool there however the store STAY messy DUE TO THE SHOPPERS NOT THE STAFF'S AT THE STORE.. THE STAFF'S STAY ON THEIR FOOT TO KEEP THE STORE CLEAN AS POSSIBLE BUT THE PEOPLE AND THEY KIDS TEARS THE PLACE DOWN.. LACK OF HOME TRAINING.. NOT ALL THE KIDS AND PARENTS BUT MOST OF THEM.. CITI TENDS CLOTHES ARE REALLY CUTE FIT FOR ALL BIG MEDIUM SMALL.. SHORT AVERAGE TALL.. THEY HAVE IT ALL..

Great deals and inexpensive trendy clothing. I got some workout clothes from here tgat were less than $15 each for top and bottom sets and sabdkes for only $5
